I have heart failure . My first symptom was being short of breath, I was diagnosed with heart failure, I lost just over 4 litres of fluid. I can breathe normally , and sleep with one pillow. I had palpitations so I was fitted with a Pacemaker and Defibrillator which help a lot. I lost a total of 20-25 kilo's I was way overweight and feel better for it now. The mental strain of having this illness has been a great problem as I have Major Depression I am adjusting to the heart problem I also have High Blood Pressure and am being treated for both.

Unfortunately, they also precribed lamsoprazole to "protect me" from Aspirin, because of this, I do not take the Aspirin every day, and do not take the Lamsoprazole at all. I have had a heart attack, but I don't trust the "health care" system. Studies have shown Lamsoprazole to increase the rate of MI by 40%. I take nattokinase, ginko (sometimes), Omega 3, Astaxanthin, Coq10, eat a keto diet. BP is now 110/80. BMI is 24 (down from 36 pre MI).. I look at least 10 years younger. Why trust an organisation that has the seeds of all metabolic disesase in vending machines in every waiting room? An organisation that profits from making you sick? Which they do, deliberately by recomending the SAD. Which will mess you up quicker than any other diet. One of the few things that we know to be true in "nutritional science" is the randle cycle. Understand this, and you will understand why eating potatoes with your meat is the wrong choice. Pasta with your meat is the wrong choice, pastry with your meat, is the wrong choice. ANY carbs with your meat is wrong! (actually fat, not meat, but you should be getting your fat from meat NOT seeds!). Beef, Sardines, Mackerel, Lamb, Good fatty mince. Very few carbs, no fruits except berries, no need to eat any plant toxins, a bit of sauerkraut probably won't hurt.

Yes, I think I am suffering with Heart Failure. I suffer with terrible breathlessness, just walking short distances, I get out of breath. I sweat alot but not around my ankles, especially on my head, and all over my body. I have gained alot of weight. And I have had quite a few heart palpation attacks. My ECG showed Irregular Heartbeats. And I am tired all the time. I also have just started having headaches. And at the moment I am suffering with abdominal pains after everything I eat. I really want to know what is going on with my Heart Condition and how serious it is. Thank you.

I Cody William Bryson of Irving Dallas County Texas USA 🇺🇸 have late stage COPD and I have a portable OXYGEN concentrator and a non portable oxygen machine and I AM on steroids and I am on Prozac for anxiety., and I am Gut medications and I pee and poop blood sometimes. I have a hard time breathing all the time. I feel drained with zero energy and feel I need somekind of stimulant drug to give me the energy to get my daily and weekly routines done. Just in the past two weeks or so I've started having dizzy black out spells with ringing in my ears when I wake up and get out of bed and when I'm doing my house chores and when I get up out of my chair. and when I am walking to the store and back home dizzy black out spells with ringing in my ears just hit me out of the blue and I do not know why ? I have late stage COPD and I can not breathe very well and I have a portable oxygen machine and I have a non portable oxygen machine and I AM on steroids and I am on Prozac for anxiety the only thing I am not taking is morphine when my breathing becomes really hard the extreme heat 🔥 is extremely hard for me to breathe and I dread this coming winter because last winter I could not breathe at all in the extreme cold especially if the wind was / is blowing. whatever I have that's making it difficult for me to breathe is very aggressive because back in 2022 I could go outside and play in the snow and it was not hard for me to breathe at all. I have an appointment with a pain specialist this coming Friday at 11 : 40 AM I'm hoping he will prescribe me some Tylenol 3 with codine pain pills or some morphine because I have late stage COPD and if I eat too much my stomach bloats up and it feels like I have a tail growing out my backside and it feels like my guts are going to blow out of my asshole and sometimes I poop blood and pee blood and my poop either looks like slim brown green beans or like rabbit turds and my guts and butthole produce more mucus than my COPD lungs do and sometimes it burns when I poop 💩 and pee and I have a huge hernia above my crank. I Cody William Bryson of Irving Dallas County Texas USA 🇺🇸 am only 51 years old. and I AM very pissed off at GOD for not allowing me to DIE at the beginning of last decade when the Aneurysm ruptured in my brain 🧠 when I was in Baylor Dallas Texas hospital for a month.

I have most of these symptoms but my dr has done every test imaginable. Just getting old I guess. Sometimes I get chest pain, but it’s caused from anxiety not from heart issues because when I take a Klonopin about an hour later, I’m fine

I am a 33-year-old male, 5'9" and 170 lbs, in overall good health, though I could benefit from more regular exercise. I maintain a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water while limiting sugars, starches, salts, and red meat. I take supplements, including vitamins C and D, Magnesium, Zinc, and Omega-3s, and I take 55mg of methylphenidate daily for ADHD. About a year ago, I experienced a hypertensive crisis with a blood pressure of 200/133, resulting in an ER visit. A full medical workup did not reveal a clear underlying cause, though mild kidney damage was identified, which may have been a factor. Before this event, I had no symptoms or elevated markers indicating high blood pressure. Currently, I manage my blood pressure with 10mg of Amlodipine in the morning and 4mg of Perindopril in the evening, keeping it at 130/80, which is still slightly elevated. My personal life is somewhat stressful, but manageable, and I enjoy my work, which is personally fulfilling and not physically demanding. I am seeking to understand the root cause of my high blood pressure, as my doctor has been unable to pinpoint it. Through my research, I’ve realized that while medical science can identify symptoms and correlations of high blood pressure, there is a lack of understanding regarding its root causes. Simply put, more research in this area is needed.

I’m 51 and feel extremely tired all the time even though I try to rest. I fall asleep at my desk when I’m working, I’m always breathless and my ankle and feet swell up. My ECG showed abnormality and prolonged QT - I paid privately to see a cardiologist and he hasn’t given me a prognosis. His only advice to me was to exercise.

I'm 66 and have been diagnosed with Hypertension or High BP. I noticed that when I got tested at the Doc's it would be high, usually around 135-145 over 80 something. Then I would come home and use the cuff given to me by a nurse. It always reads between 114-125/85. I think this Whitecoat syndrome is bunk. I worked for a Doctor and the nurse said they always get higher readings when they pump it up so much that your arm feels like it's going to be cut off.

My niece's little 9 year old boy died this morning from this disease. He had an ICD and that has kicked in in the past. Unfortunately today that wasn't the case. He went into cardiac arrest before school. He was given CPR and a defib was used on him. The emts got him to the hospital and he was out of it but crying. We thought that was good. Unfortunately, shortly after he went into cardiac arrest again and could not breathe so was intubated. He passed soon after. Our hearts are broken beyond repair. Such a sweet little boy who was so loving and happy. I wish I could change places with him because he never had the chance to live life.

Since the “shot” I’ve been experiencing chest pain that feels like burning tightness & pressure or sharp pain where it’s hard to catch my breath when it’s really bad. The pain travels to my jaw, mid back and right arm. At times my left arm. Sometimes I’ll get an episode doing something strenuous but it mostly happens when I lie down. For the past 3 years I’ve had to sleep partly sitting up supported by 4 pillows or in a recliner. But the pain wakes me up if I happen to slide off my pillows or scrunch down in my sleep. I have to take Flamar or Baclofen to get back to sleep but sometimes it’s a 2-3 hour episode. In the early days of it I got ecgs which were normal and I had a stress echo in 2021. That showed an Incomplete RBBB but I’m told it’s not the cause of my chest pains. My GP says it’s Intercostal Nerve Pain but the pain isn’t in my rib cage, it’s along my chest side to side above the breasts. I don’t know what to think and being awakened or going to bed with this pain is getting old. I’m a 55 yr old woman with Fibromyalgia diagnosed in 2016 along with autoimmune disease. Any opinions welcomed esp from a cardiologist 🙂

Heart failure does not always come together with oedema at all. lt took my dear twin one year after the Mitral Valve Replacement surgery of 2010 for the CHF TO START then nine months later his swelling of both legs started. ln March of 22 his right leg started to swell due to his full knee replacement surgery. ln Dec 2021 an Eco indicated a mild Tricuspid valve leakage for the first time- this should have been a RED FLAG!! By one year and two months later his valve was severe and inoperable. Why could they not have operated on his heart first instead of his knee/

I am up in age (over 80). About eight years ago I had an excruciating pain underneath my breast, right in the middle. It felt like a pipe with a 5 cm diameter pressing down excruciatingly hard. It disappeared again after a few minutes. Since then I experienced similar episodes about twice a year, sometimes three times. Recently, I experienced two episodes within ten days; however, the second episode was relatively mild. I usually try to take deep breaths (don't know if that helps and makes it disappear, and a few times I resorted to a ASS pill, don't know if that made it stop either), but I do remember the first experience was the most violent one. The last time (recently, after the second episode in ten days) I checked into the emergency room, but by that time the pain had disappeared and they could not discover what was wrong, but they gave me an appointment to see a cardiologist (in six months time). I had a cardiac check-up about four years ago after experiencing an unusual bout of shortness of breath when walking uphill, but the severity of it disappeared again. I try to walk almost every day between one and two hours, and living in a pre-alpine area, there always are some kind of inclines to negotiate. On weekends my companion and I often walk between three and four hours. Since I plan to fly overseas shortly to visit my children, I am a bit worried being on the plane for about eight to ten hours. I eat mainly vegan and vegetarian (Omega 3 fish etc). Thank you doctor. I am a first time viewer, and I am impressed by your style, your voice, and your delivery of the info.

Yep, that’s exactly where I’m at right now. I’m on my way out and up. I’m going to try and push out a little more time, God willing, but my personal end is very near. Lifelong diabetic type 1 with a heart defect since birth, yet using health and fitness, prayer, faith, and trying to be a good, kind, peaceful person who helps others, and loves animals and nature, enabled me to overcome it for a long time. Eventually though, it was bound to catch up. It’s weird to know you’re dying, yet still feel so alive like you want to achieve, adventure, and accomplish so much more… oh well…

My best friend was recently diagnosed with heart failure after presenting at the ER with difficulties standing and walking. She had been gaining a lot of weight despite "successful" dieting, which was the first symptom. She is currently in a nursing home rehab after being in the hospital for a week. Within the past 5 weeks, she has lost 117 pounds and over 100 pounds was water weight! No wonder she couldn't walk. As far as breathlessness, she had asthma since childhood so in hindsight, breathing had become more difficult also.
