1000mg of extract is A LOT! The studies you quoted all use just the powered mushroom and not extract. Extracts can be 10x more potent than the actual mushroom so 1000mg extract is equivalent to 10g of mushroom powder which is more than 5 times the amount used in the study! Lions mane is a very powerful supplement, 250-500mg of pure extract can do the job. 1000mg is overkill IMO
I do CrossFit . The earbuds have not dropped once . So I have no idea why it’s not stable in his ear ….. also . My buddies have them no and zero complain about fits ..
First of all i don't think everyone should drink it entirely but it could be a great option for people who are having stomach/acidity/GERD problems etc. For people who are already fit and fine - a 7PH water would be perfect. Don't try to change what is already good.

I took it mixed up with other stuff in a supplement. I did have strength and mood increases. Personally I have a meta approach - I'm not so interested in using myself as a test subject just to find out if some little ingredient works or not. Just collect a lot of information about different ingredients, try to evaluate the validity of the sources, then find a reliable source, and take the best mixture of supplements which my research has shown.

Thank you for the review. Yes the feeling is subtle yet definite. Shilajit should not be heated up as it destroys the goodness. The easiest way is to put to the side 100 mls of warm water not hot. Scoop no more than a pea sized amount of Shilajit in the water on the spoon and leave it to gently dissolve off the spoon. Do not take more than a pea sized amount a day as it is very powerful. Also use a tiny spoon that is rounded so it scoops more easily. Look up Dr Barbara O’Neill to reed the benefits. Never hot water, only warm to keep the nutrients safe.
Thanks for this informative video. I used to use shilajit during lockdown and it works wonders for me. I recently re-take it as to boost my immune system. I have heard of seamoss and shilajit together as capsules, but that's a no-no for me because I like to know the source. Has anyone tested the common high altitude training mask theory? Does it lower the air pressure into your lungs as you breath, like a high altitude would? Sports Scientists should test the levels with and without the mask in lower level enviroments.
I have the the Open Run version, and while the sound quality is fine, I have a couple of issues I'd appreciate being addressed in another review or a comment, especially if they’ve been fixed in the new version: - When I connect the Chokz to both my phone and PC, and then leave the house, it beeps in my ears every 10 seconds or so indefinitely signaling that it lost connection with one device. To stop this, I need to turn the device off and on again. I'd like to see if this issue is been addressed in the new model. - The microphone quality is poor when there's background noise. People I call often complain about the bad voice quality, and this also needs improvement. - I understand the move to USB-C, but it would be great if they included a magnetic adapter to maintain compatibility with their existing line. I really liked the convenience of just snapping it into place, and now I have to buy the adapter separately. - Finally when the battery is low and the device turns off, you have to manually turn it back on after plugging it into the charger; otherwise, you might be surprised the next day to find that it hasn’t charged at all! Overall, I really like the OpenRun-it keeps your ears open, helping to avoid many ear-related issues. 🎧
After it boil the sea moss in the pot I let it cool down naturally in the pot for about 7/8 hours till it forms In to the gel , then I just blend this and put it in a mason jar and it lasts 4 weeks is this a good way ?
Great video...after watch many video's of professional functional Dr. or Educater'ssss, I would think it may be the dosage, but I think it is more of your body detoxing, kind of like keto, getting rid of it through gas and digestion. Weather it is desposing of it one end or the other. Just a thought.
I took sea moss gel for 2 weeks. At first I experienced the good. Then it turned into headaches extreme bloating, Stopped my period. I feel so sick. I stopped taking it a week ago and still feeling sick.
