We just pick out sea moss/Irish moss out the ocean. Went to Jamaica last year and my uncle bring me about a hundred pounds of sea moss straight out the Caribbean Sea. I boil it and drink a teaspoon every day.

I've been using them both for years and if your athletic or an extreme athlete or even a weight lifter use both of them. Honestly both of them are good for overall health. Always take shilajit and sea moss on an empty stomach for best results(if your stomach is sensitive take shilajit with food)(and make sure you clean your seamoss good only use spring or distilled water)

@@sunium5814seamoss is safe You just want to make sure it's wildcrafted and from a region where it's actually grown shilajit on the other hand, I'm on the fence because as a teenager, unless you have low test, you don't need it. Your test is already at a good level I have natural high testosterone but if yours is naturally high as a teenager even though shilajit has many other great benefits If you run your test too high, you can stunt your growth

How did you feel takimg both ?? I have sea moss capsules amd after about y first month my energy and mood have increase nicely im ordering some shilajit tomorrow that was on shark tank and i ssaw it on facebook to see how i feel with both . My diet has not been stable I have been eating all different types of things… I hunted for quality sea moss and found one but honestly I don’t feel a big difference in my body after using seamoss… I always feel nourished after drinking shalajit there’s something about that tea that hits different every time. I’m currently on 3 day water fast to reset my body. I’ll try both afterwards

Thank you for this video. I have just bought my second lot of shilajit. Different brand this time. Its a lot thicker form of resin and smells alot stronger. It passes the 4 tests, you know, the soluble t3st, the temp test etc. But it almost taste a bit like petrol does this sound right have i just got a more potetnt for or dodgy form. Would appreciate some feed back as i cant get any reql answer from anywhere. Blessings

Seamoss is easy to get in caribbean island countries, I live in Trinidad and Tobago🇹🇹 I pay $3 U.S. dollars for 1 liter of seamoss gel at the supermarket and you can get the unprocessed seamoss with spices at the market. I mix 2 tablespoons of seamoss gel with 500 ml of cows milk, that is my favorite drink.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. In terms of cost, I’ve seen shilajit go for really high amounts. The most expensive I’ve ever seen shiajit on sale for was an American company selling it for around 600 per kilo. That’s not to say it only works if you buy the most expensive one. I would love to try the expensive stuff one day to see if there’s a big difference. You can get a small jar of decent shilajit for less than 60 Sea moss in comparison is a lot cheaper. I have seen some brands charge super high amounts for sea moss but the fact is if you know what to look for you don’t need to even consider spending super high amounts. The shilajit I’ll put in the description is a decent product. You don’t have to buy it, just use that one as a reference point to compare others to so you know what to look for. They can both be picked up for pretty reasonable prices. Best of luck out there👍🏾

I received my Shilajit today and tried it right away. I mixed it with hot water. Once it dissolved, I added fresh squeezed lemon juice and a couple of drops of stevia. I have to say, it wasn’t bad at all. I want to try the sea moss too. I eat a healthy keto diet and have been exercising more each day. I want to see if it will help to eliminate my diabetes. I have worked very hard to drop my A1C and have it down to 5. I want it around 4.5. I’ll let you know once I have taken it for about a month. I think that’s a good solid test.

Put a spoon in hot water and take shilajit out rather than heat up the whole jar. Also add it to your tea or coffee and that makes the taste a lot nicer. As a herbalist I would never take Seamoss and shilajit at the same time as they have a lot of similar effects. Also you don’t want to ever overload on any supplements so always good to take for a bit then stop etc.

I broke out in an allergic reation to irish sea moss and decreased my intake but it still did not work for me and finally had to stop taking it a couple days ago. Now I'm going to try the shilajit. I tried a can of Shilajit years ago. A rice size grain a day for however long it lasted. The main effect that I noticed was the ability to memorize 10 digit phone numbers at a glance. This actually started to get irritating so I didn't buy any more.

I know people that take both and have been ok. I just made this video to say what my preference is. But I’d say before you try either, be totally true to yourself. Is your diet good, are you eating your veggies are you exercising and all that stuff. Reason I say that is because these sorts of supplements work a whole lot better when other things are in order too. All the best!

I have used Shilajit directly from Pakistan. It is so potent that when I take it, it makes my arthritis and gout flare up. It makes me feel very good, energetic and healthy but the pain from arthritis and gout is unbearable. After a month without taking it, I remain pain free until I try it again then it returns painfully. Its gotta be the fulvic acid that causes the reaction.

That's because gout is technically uric acid. These herbs are extremely powerful. So when your taken it's gonna cause pain due toto your body's high acidic levels. These herbs cause a detoxifying process in the body. And just like working out, no pain no gains. When healing the body it can get uncomfortable due to how toxic your body is. So basically the shilajit was doing what it's supposed to do. Healing the body. And healing is not always pleasant. But once you get over that hump you will be grateful of the journey.

I've tried sea moss for a while and didn't notice any difference. So I stopped taking it because I figured it wasn't doing anything. I just got some Shilajit a week ago and only tried it once because I can't get past the awful smell and taste. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use it 😕

I have thrown up dang near every day of my life. The doctor gave me mixed answers, put me through years and thousands of dallors of test and drugs that cause other problems. I am healthy aside from throwing up multiple times a day almost mu whole 36 years of life. Ive been using shilajit resin for about 2 weeks now and for the past 5 days i haven't even felt like throwing up , i am obviously not sure 100% that its the reason why but its the only thing Im my life thats i have changed in the past year. And yes i have tried many things and i only took it cause my dad wanted me to try it. I haven't hear about the stuff untill like 3 weeks ago.

Sea moss seems no different in benefits than common sea vegetables. I've taken sea moss and also eaten sea weed/vegetables on a regular bases and the benefits that I've felt seem to be the same. I'm Asian so I eat sea weed/vegetables on a regular bases and felt no difference with sea moss. I've noticed Shilajit on the other hand help absorb other nutrients and had added benefits.
