Welcome to True North Living. I hope you enjoy the videos that are mainly about life on my remote trapline in northern Manitoba. It is a fun hobby to create a video and share a bit of the outdoors with you. I hope you can stick around for some fun adventurers.

@@truenorthliving9557 Thank you for the very generous offer to visit you at your trappers cabin. I’ve never been north of Flin Flon yet, I am dealing with a small health issue at the moment and can’t commit to the trip right now. If I could contact you in the future when i am 100% I would love to come and experience the the north. Your videos are awesome and your experience and respect for the north become clear to everyone as you run the trapline. Hoping to meet you one day and experience the north on your line. Thank you Brent House
Hoping all is going well Norm, and that your getting a lot of Martin………in the 80’s here now and garden is growing, love my tomatoes and cucumbers…… you stay well my friend……dave
I certaintly missed all of your videos this season Norm, but I also know that you are human, and things change in our lives and circumstances. I respect your decision to cut way back this past season, yes, I and many missed them, but it is a lot of time and energy filming and editing videos, I am still with you in spirit Norm, you take care and stay well my friend….
Awesome to see your video up! Good old CBC. They take a lot of abuse from the politically-grouchy these days, probably from those who've never appreciated the gem it is, while one is geographically isolated. 👍😎🇨🇦🔥
I know how your feeling, it was a big snow year at our cabin and cutting and pulling logs was a bit harder this year floundering through it. I did a lot of prepping for it and I don’t think I would of done it without the prior cardio exercising. I’m Loving the new SWT and glad I went with the wider track. Thanks again Norm, watching your videos and seeing how your Skandic was holding up definitely helped me make the decision to get it.
