Ich liebe Salate mit Thunfisch. Er enthält in kleinen Mengen maximale Energie. Aber besser nicht in Öl kaufen, sondern im eigenen Saft, wegen den Kalorien.
Mein Tipp: Vermischen in einer großen Schüssel, und dann auf das Backblech überführen, das spart Öl ein, danach zu Ende belegen. Zu viel Öl ist nicht notwendig.
Das ist der richtige Weg! Das geht auch mit Kürbis und Rosenkohl. Wer ganz ohne Fett auskommen will, steckt das Gemüse 30 Minuten in den Kartoffeldaempfer.
