I add my bank account to postmates, it says my bank confirmation is expired but I got a notification from my bank account and it says postmates deposit 1 cent. So when I do postmates deliveries and start earning money will it automatically transfer to my bank account???
These people don't have to tip if they don't want to so half the time you working for free with no damn tips majority of the time anywayz so you working full-time and only making or getting paid $30 to $40 a day! Not an hour that's impossible for you to work all these hours and make a living no matter how many hours you work that's all you going to make unless these people tip then you might make a little more if I were you all I would not work for Postmates ever a lot of people need to protest against them because they not paying fairly and then they cheating at you off your mileage it don't take 20 minutes to drive 3 miles that's impossible they don't want to pay you what you deserve and then they want people to continue to order from them while they advertising free deliveries and not paying us to drop off the free deliveries who's going to be working for Postmates if y'all doing that y'all are some damn fools working for free cuz they not paying you enough and my gas cost more than what they give me every damn week I work over 40 hours a week and all I make is $100 most I ever made was $125 within a week are you serious when i put $30 in gas everyday and I don't even take a day off! I can't wait till somebody come and snatch Postmates off the market because they don't need to be in business they sucks they don't give a damn about their employees or the customers and Postmates stealing our money that's what it all boils down to Postmates is a con artist and there's a black owner that owns Postmates no wonder why they stealing our money black people and Black businesses are the worst
I no longer drive for door dash or post mates because I feel they are inferior compared to Uber Eats, however, I have other videos showing how I cleared more than this with Uber and why I am able to make that amount of money. It really has to do with the population and market you live in, what kind of gas mileage you are getting in your vehicle, and what hours you drive. I never drive in off peak hours. 11-2 and 5-10. Remember this is not supposed to be a full time job. It is label for "gig" work and is for independent contractors (hench no W-2 form). Use it as a tool not a life line. Hope you find the app that works for you, and I do agree in regards to them ripping off restaurants with commissions and their structures.

You're there and you deserve it. I mean nothing wrong with ride share but with covid and everything if you're in a rough place then why not.
That is definitely not good numbers. I have since switched to uber eats. You have to cycle between uber eats, post mates, and door dash to get the most out of your driving apps. The reason is because each app has different promotions and different stats on when customers are using the apps. Also, you have to remember, promotions go up on the apps that are being used the least. Also, your location is important. You may not be in a big enough city to make it worth your while.

Charles Lohmann Jr it really depends on your location and what time you like to drive. I find that Uber eats is much better than most of the other delivery apps but during the day I’ll jump around between post mates and door dash. After 6pm uber picks up strong. Keep it going. It’s easy fun 🔥

Sensation Maddox thanks for question. You get paid in your bank account when you cash out on the app. The card they send you is only used to buy the customers food when required. Hope this helped 🙏🏼
I got $120 for about 4hrs of work Except I cant cash out till my chase debit arrives and I dont wana add my account cuz then I might have to wait longer for it to clear with the bank as direct deposit
Can u see what the order is on the new updated app? We drive scooters and use to be able to see what we are picking up in the order before we can accept or decline the trip.
Since I've made this video, things have changed unfortunately. I have switched back to Uber Eats and Door Dash instead. They seem to be paying more and don't send you 20 miles out of town.
I am thinking move to Austin for IT field. But Do you think gig jobs(like postmates, grubhub) is enough for afford life? I mean afford a room and usually cook at home. I need a gig job until find a real job in Austin.
So if you do it part time I don't think so unless you have a room mate. It is possible to make 2-3k a month part time to full time doing it. If you need more income, I hear that regular lyft and uber pay better and austin is very big with drinking so they need lots of drivers.
Sorry for the late delay. So Austin and Texas does grow on you. Definitely miss the mountains and clear beaches but the quality of life is much better! You should make the move!
Hi currently you can only do Uber eats in a vehicle. I did however just get an invite to do Door Dash on a electric scooter in the city. I know on door dash and post mates you can use a bicycle or street bike.

I actually just got a report sent to me, i've done 412 deliveries in 1 month! But so far Uber has been my favorite and is the easiest app to navigate.
RawFotoTV as a fellow you tuber I would say just keep posting and learning from your own videos. I have made8 videos in like 1.5 months and the latest one is like the best one so far. It’s just learning from ones mistakes.

Hi, thank you for writing me. I would say Yes it is completely possible but you would probably have to work 10+ hours with post mates. I have since switched to Uber Eats and i'm averaging about $25 pre gas deduction. I usually drive 3-6 hours a day and range between 80-150 per night. Making between 400-700 per week. Everytime I log on to do the guaranteed payouts I never hit the mark for the deliveries. This is the third time I've tried.I think this is just a scam at least in my area
So I understand what you are talking about and have had a similar feeling. This is actually something that I cover in my upcoming video so make sure to subscribe for that later this week. However, I have hit the guarantee payouts a few times now and it works for me. I think it may be depending in the city you are in as well. But this is one reason I switched to Uber Eats in my City. RoseyBlu yap I do Postmates with 3 other people and is all a scam and tricks for example my friend had a msg that if he does 11 deliveries from 6 to 9pm he would get $80 🤣 and I was getting Two order at the same time and he didn’t got not even one single order we were on a busy area and I was getting orders left and right while he only got one so is all lies and scam also on Sunday’s they have the dinner rush or what ever they called that crap and they say they paid $6 per delivery we both got one delivery lol from 5pm to 9pm we were mad we were like wtf dude we always get so many deliveries at this time and today that they doing this shit we don’t get none 🤣 so is all a trick I think they disconnect you from their site so you won’t make any money
I completely understand your frustrations. I've had bad experience with both post mates and door dash now. They do have some stuff they need to work on to make it a better app to make money. However, I think they do have their benefits. I have switched to Uber Eats since this video and I don't think i'll be going back any time soon. I thought it was a scam but it’s not. The only way I’ve been able to complete the incentives is to start early in the morning (12am). I completed the 10 deliveries for $110 (from 12am to 11:30pm) twice so far. I’ve only been able to achieve it when I start at 12am otherwise they never send enough orders to complete it if you start mid-day. Took me around 4 hours to complete.

Right on! I drive for Postmates in El Paso, TX. It's become very popular here over the past 5 months. I too prefer Postmates over Door Dash. I tend to get better tips with Postmates.
Man you should totally look into Uber Eats. I've recently switched over and I will be posting a new video in the next day or so. I've been averaging 21-30 per night for about 4 to 5 hours a day. Plus you don't need a card to pay for anything and the orders have all be ready when I arrive.
@@halflifevanlife2590 I signed up for Uber Eats a while ago but then once I downloaded the driver app it just assumed I wanted to do regular Uber. So, now I'm not sure if they're just not hiring anymore drivers in my market or what.
Hi thank you for reaching out. So I was confused as well when I downloaded the app. It doesn't say that it is Uber Eats. Did you try turning on the app to start accepting rides? You should try one because I thought the same thing until I turned it on and it took me a restaurant. But yes that is one thing they should address.
Hey thanks so much for the comments. So I should have done a follow up but I have been busy. I hit the requirement and I made a total of $268. They sent me an additional $82 so it ended up being a guarantee. I have since then switch to Uber Eats and think I should review that platform. I feel they all have their pros and cons. Would that be something you'd be interested in watching or hearing about?
