Watching the Triton's and the other utes speed speed speed they rev the engines to the max to get the same power you're just walking over it about breaking a sweat have to go to love Japanese cars I wonder what they where thinking when they design the cruiser not cheap I got 75 HZ J which was $80;000 in 1998 she just turn 21 a few weeks ago and still run like a dream
Jason jamrs they are certainly a nice piece of engineering, I guess some of the new vehicles are good in other ways and a lot comes down to driver ability and mechanical sympathy.
The Og fox yes 2 inch raised leafs and 2inch extended shackles which only give about 3 inch of lift if you have the shackles on the correct 45 degree angle at ride night. This allows maximum up and down travel so long as your shocks are the correct length. The rear end on this setup had drop shackles from superior engineering in this video
ak144ful from memory it was only about 12psi through a denco kit with a water to air cooler, it did make a nice turbo whistle sound through the 3 inch exhaust but it was no power house. I now run A Gturbo which produces much better power and more useable torque across the rev range

Depends on how you go about doing it .. some people run turbos on these motors for half a million no worries, some do a shit tune or feed it too much boost and dont see their next servicr
Could have lost the music. The 79 series is all the music you need. V8! I'll probably get shot for saying this, but a highway up the guts of Fraser would save so much drama and all you'd have to contend with is planes landing on the beach. You'd be able to get all over the Island in a day and spend more time enjoying and less time beating the shit out of fuckwits that can't drive on sand properly.
fourbypete thanks for the comments Pete There actually is a highway down the middle of the island but it's a designated fire break service track with no public access. Some have used it but it is often monitored with cameras and you will find a nice fine in the mail traced by your registration plates. Also the inland tracks are much slower then the beach so I think it's perfect the way it is The guys stuck in the video were not with us they blocked nkgala for close to an hour with their stupidity reversing over a snatch strap and wrapping it around the tail shaft. Thanks for your understanding. People don't understand unless they've been there that the trip to the Northen point can be ruined by careless driving on Fraser. That's where my earlier comment comes from.
