hey, im think about getting 75 series, how does it go both on the freeway and 4wd? anything in particular to look out for when buying used, what year is yours? whats good whats bad about it? thanks
Loganpazz hey mate they are a good truck and when I say truck I mean it haha small cabin and the leaf springs are a bit rough on the road for extended drives it would be worth saving a little more coin and getting an early model hzj79 they still have the 1hz engine which makes them more Afordable but they have a bigger cab and coil front end. This 75 was a 93 model
how would a hzj79 stock model go offroad though? only cause i have enough to afford one but not one with all the bells and whistles( lift, diffs, winch ect) Cheers
Loganpazz they are a good starting point With the live axle and Diesel engine. Depends what type of off-roading you want to do. Rock climbing you could get yourself a second hand set of 33inch mud tyres which fit with no lift and buy some second hand log shocks so you get full flex out of the suspension it would be very capable then. Once you save more later on look into lockers.
