Welcome to the channel everyone. I'm just here sharing my passion for gaming. I mainly play open world/survival and FPS/Tactical Shooter titles. Big thank you to everyone currently supporting and joining the community I'm trying to build. You’re all legends !
Took my first resource super easy only 4 guys, went to go to take another one, found a whole squad in a building decided to take a ural worth alot of equipment instead but i had to leave two guys to die. 10/10 expericaince 👌
Why are we talking about painting bases if the building system is far from complete? To justify more dlc? This is what is killing this game, all about money and no delivery (or things no one's asking)
Anything about fixing the broken spawning system? I'm 5 minutes into this video and nothing about it. If not, then there are really no positives that outweigh the overwhelming negatives in this game currently.
@nedbigby9694 puppets weren’t addressed in this weeks update so why would I address it? When something changes then yes it’ll get mentioned but I don’t feel like a major change for that will come just yet.
@theurbanhermit365 i once seen a guy asking for having the ability to have characters with the option of both female and male organs..., does that mean we asked for it? I frankly never seen a demand for paintable base elements but won't deny that maybe something requested it, however the request of more base elements, fix the puppet system, bring old vehicles back... this totally outweighs the paintable base elements yet not a single word on none of them, this is what i meant
I mean a lot has changed since I started in 0.3. A lot is still to change/be added so I’m happy to give it time. Look at 7 days to die, they’ve been in early access for way longer and finally getting a 1.0 this year. These things take time, scum is very complex in the ambition it has with its mechanics. They still need balancing etc.
You can move stuff faster by holding left shift, should go in stacks of 5 (or less). Should put few AA emplacements around your area, at least towards enemy carriers/airfields. Oh no, you didn't take loot box from that rival factions place D:
I’ve not played 7 days to die in some time but I did hear they are near 1.0. Been in development for years now but good things come to those who wait I guess. Hopefully we will see more of the PvE side of Scum come out over this year
i come back to Antistasi after a few months. this time is Takistan. i found out that when i come close to enemy's position (resources, outposts), enemy troops could stay in a group so i can use car to kill them easily lol. That is a fun way to play
I still don't know entirely what it is. I've got 2 other games I play. One has an awesome helicopter. The other has building crafting refining at another level above Scum and also a great greenhouse. I have over 3800 hours in Scum and 630.9 hours in one of the 2 I play the most. I don't even play it much these days and play Scum more.
@@theurbanhermit365 I love how the gunner looked straight at you like “TRY SHOOT ME AGAIN I DARE YOU” *Gets 300 holes and ends up at the bottom of the ocean*
Personally never tried Benny warfare so I couldn’t say but Antistasi has been a whole load of fun, there’s also another one similar called KP Liberation. I would give them both a go and see what you think 🙂
When is the update coming off of experimental The one that adds flares an c4 I am not talking about mods I'm talking about the stuff The people that actually developed this game
I just bought this game, joined a server, and I felt super overwhelmed and out of my element. People were running around and I didn’t know what to do haha. Any tips for someone completely new?
Best thing to do is attach on to a couple of people, just see how they play and learn from them, tbh I spent a few days on W.C.S servers. Easy going, and some helpful people on there as well. Dont get me wrong not everyone will be willing to help but just ask at base etc for tips or what to do. Generally there’s always something you can do to help the war effort haha.
Thanks for continuing this series which I thoroughly enjoy. Next best thing to playing my own campaign. Your low-key running commentary and detailed explanation of your strategy make you stand out above others IMO. I do also appreciate your editing out the uninteresting portions. I agree with your earlier comment about looking forward to your next revolution. I'm at about the halfway point in my low-tech campaign on Altis against CUP SLA occupiers and RACs invaders, but am already thinking about the next. The difference between our wars is quite interesting, and speaks well about this mod. I must admit your war is much more exciting to watch than my plodding play would ever be to watch. You take the war to the enemy with minimal forces that I wouldn't tackle without 3-4 HC squads in support. I recently had a close call with Pedros myself when an SLA QRF going after one of my mortar units happened to pass by my HQ as I was ready to call it a night and had already released my squad, so I had quite a bit of "fun" fighting them off single handed since I could neither recruit help or move Pedros. Since then, I always garrison my HQ which I didn't even know I could do after 300 hours of play. Made me wonder if you had missed that too or were intentionally not doing so. You can also garrison roadblocks and watchposts to beef them up, just like towns or strongpoints. No need to use HC squads. The only "bad" thing about garrisoning the HQ is that the troops like to fill up the pillbox which makes it difficult to get to Petros. While I totally understand your decision not to use the "withstand" feature, I would recommend you consider trying the PLUS Parameter "[Experimental] Allow Players to take control on AI units while laying unconscious." This allows you to take control of one of your squad members with a single keystroke (make sure you have the AI control time set to 120 seconds) to give them (you) a chance to save you when you are down. Some of my men have performed amazing heroic deeds to save their leader. 😀 Best Regards!
Thank you for that, yeah the AI feature I did see when testing some other mods out was unaware of it at first so I may put that on next series over the withstand feature. Early game I garrisoned units at HQ but generally I don’t, I did this episode and I feel they may have made contact with NATO, which is why I think the HQ got attacked. One reason I also don’t use mortar teams etc anywhere near base, they’ll get a reaction instantly haha. Yeah I’ve had a few different ideas for the next series already, not 100% sure which one to go with yet but maybe ill make a poll on the channel with some options for you all to choose from 🙂
Yeah I would grab it when on sale for sure, with the modding community behind it it’s opened up a lot more from the original release. Graphically 100x better as well as running better than Arma 3.
Looks like the neighbours grassed on your new base location or maybe NATO somehow managed to spot the huge fricking white and green helicopter parked in the field just outside. 😅
The moment I saw you pick cluster strike, I knew that factory is destroyed, lul. That feeling when you get mission to defend Petros or see enemies there is always fun. You did the right thing (at least for this terrain) and ran away. Got the defend mission pretty early on and it was hard, but thankfully enemy was too stupid to actually kill Petros.
Marshall’s and Martyrs, that was close! I have thoroughly enjoyed this series since episode one. “Luvly Jubly” has me in stitches each time. Keep it up. The Very Best, Bill
We live to fight another day my friend, I feel we are pushing our luck as of late. Hopefully we still have that luck on our side next time as well haha
@@theurbanhermit365I think you should move Petros after every second or third victory on the map. The better the chance of his survival if they can’t narrow where he is
I feel this was just unlucky that they came across the HQ. The men garrisoned there must’ve started engaging the passing units and caused them to stop as I got zero of the counter forces up at the factory haha. Keeping the HQ away from roads in future haha
