Yeah I wouldn’t screw with an angle grinder. Hell I won’t even keep one in my garage any more. Even with the proper blade rated at the RPM (which is ridiculously high) and a guard (which this guy doesn’t have) they still have a crapload of injuries. I have had one blow up in my face and luckily I had PPE….I DON’T screw around with them. Could you imagine a piece of cardboard hitting your skin at 200mph if that thing flies apart?? Don’t mess with this stuff. Yeah this guy has probably been working with them for years….but it’s the ‘whatever I know what I’m doing…been doing it for years’ guys that end up missing fingers and eyeballs.
