Open your eyes, John and Marcus. Samir is right. Patrick is flat and stringy. He does not have enough density and his legs are small, especially in the hamstrings, glues. Even his back is not the same. When you look at his from double biceps shot, you see that his pec area washes out. So Samir is right.
This show is so much better without Nick Trigili! Keep up the good work. Nick had a very negative and stand-of-ish vibe that made it hard to watch. And he did not respect Samir enough, like most of Nick’s kind of people, he thought he had a huge ego.

Great video on Mike and Heavy Duty! Samir mentioned Serge Nubret and said if he ate 5000 calories he would have been "Ok". Mike Menzter always claimed you cannot compensate for overtraining with nutrition.

Marcus stop putting Andrew in the same bracket as Andrew. Hunter will struggle to beat guys like Martin. Look at his midsection and chest for God sake.
Marcus is great on the show and very respectful of his cohorts. If you watch close shortly after the podcast he attempts to pur his head into a blender (lol) if site shots deteriorated muscle how come former top pros still have glutes?
@@SmokeDogg91 Everybody knows that lighting can make a big difference. There used to be a competition put on by John Balik called, the , "Iron Man". Balik was a cameraman and he had the best lighting of all the competitions. Some competitors loved the Iron Man because of how great they'd look under the lights. Others avoided the IronMan because they knew they couldn't look as good under the Olympia lighting and the judges might score them down thinking they were "off".
At this point if i was Hunter i would save my health and retire. People keep saying *all he needs is more conditions deeper separation* oh wow!! U must be a brain surgeon.... I dont understand why samir has been mentioning for quite some time now about a Hunter's team which does not exist. His coach is Ben for quite some time now (2years or so) and his father has already publically said he does not interfere with anything in Hunters offseason, contest or whatever

What's off is that Samir claims to be in touch and speak to that camp.. yet he has never mentioned Ben. Only people that say they're not involved. Makes you wonder what's going on in Hunter's preps.
