He doesn’t get his proper due. Everyone talks about Ronnie and Arnold. This is wrong because Lee not only found the perfect balance of muscle and symmetry, but he is also a brilliant ambassador for the sport. Lee truly is the greatest.
This is the type of stuff I like to learn from all the podcasts, @30:00 simple math and carbs talk, I wish there were more who talked about salt retention, how to detox with out diuretics, muscle fat ratio , workout outs 2 a days, old school conversations are the best , they looked the best too
Lee Haney, greatest bodybuilder and ambassador of the sport all time. Old School Labs has new ownership and has gone down the toilet with their customer service. Can't watch this video due to OSL sorry
M.Olympia. No money for six to 15. What a shame! Atlthetes are harming their selves and wasting a lot of money for the preparation, the journey, the chemical substances and playing the Roulette Russe with teir health. Poor bodybuilding athletes! I'm just wondering if it's worth it??? All the sacrifices they put in it...
I started training in 1984, I was 15, and the both of you, Samir and Lee, were my inspiration . Still training at 56! Thank you for inspiring my journey that has lasted a lifetime.
Great podcast John with the humble legend lee Haney.Does anyone know if there will be anymore most muscular podcasts?I trained at Body and Power with Bill Cambra in the 80s and really enjoy hearing from the legends of that era.
I was already into weightlifting by 1982, but when I saw Samir Bannout as Mr. Olympia posing with a Lion on the cover of Muscle and Fitness it inspired me to this day!!! 56 and still look muscular and fit...
