Remember most of these actors all started in power rangers. Quantum ranger vergil and blue light speed ranger dante, and black ranger and green zeo ranger nero.

This is really cool. I always assumed the mocap was just for the talking scenes and the action scenes were hand animated, but it's really neat to see that they actually did all of it
They are hitting the arrows. It's choreographed to pass the song and be impressive all at once. I've seen people do this before. Saw a guy juggling pins while dancing once.
