I noticed when you skate with your legs close together, people think you are competent, & are not afraid when skating on side walks. My blister is much better now. I tie my boots extremely tightly so it doesn't rub the wound & today was the first time in about a week that I didn't feel any pain on the wound

wow. what a great drill. Will do this when my ankle injury heals. I wore my socks imperfectly and its caused such a horrible blister & the skin fell off on top of inner ankle bone, now I gotta wait a couple of days

How are triskates for downhill? Like the endless 3 wheel setup?

For Downhill ,its always good to have more traction. 5 or 4 wheels minimum .

It feels more precise , it doesnt move inside the boot . No pressure points . I am very happy with it .

@@natanlakonishok 3x110mm on Endless 100 frames, with FR1 boots for support. I use a few other boots, frames and wheels also, but this combination feels very stiff and strong (unlike my speed boots) and I'm less afraid of dents than on my fancy Adapt boots (which are as supportive but $$$)

for me they work also good in pumptracks. Of course the hydrogen wheels are better but in terms of price/performance you can't say much.

Thanks for sharing this knoledge. I'm very comfortable with the powerslide, but feel the danger of it as well. Now trying to get at ease with soul slides and will emphasize a bit more on that after seeing this video.

I developed a serviceable magic slide, at the late age of 51 plus, but I tend to over rotate.

Try to train on "Speed Checks" . Enter the magic and , go out of the slide before you stop completely . It helps allot to maintain proper hip movement .
