Most Health care professionals are absolutely blind and misinformed. I went to the dr with my grandfather who’s 84, the dr told us sugar and processed food are fine, fasting was dangerous, she also went on to say you want extra fat on you just in case you get cancer, needless to say I was shocked and appalled at the lack of knowledge these so called experts have
Hi thanks for giving your opinion, however it is not really helpful or appreciated. I am a communications major and a fasting coach. I do hours and hours of research to produce my videos . They take me over 30 plus hours to make and I don’t make one cent from them.. It’s a shame people like you feel the need to take the time to bag someone for having a go ! Shame on you
It's std ... normal woman will immediately go to doctor and only sleep with a man that dont jump around with equivalent girls... usually its with none Europeans ... but ...
In the year 1000 in Christian calender Fes was the biggest city in the world and Fes is the reason why the west write the Arabic numbers because Christian priest was welcomed to study in Muslim universities in Fes and they took with them such numeric writing.... el karawein university is the oldest university in the world... it used to be the main university to study astronomy in old Arab science era... Fes is a twin sister city of Cordoba of then Muslim Andalucia spain ... Fes used to have much Andalucian Moroccan noble families ... so it's also the Moroccan state capital before 1912 ... now it's Rabat
Thanks for explaining the mechanism. I've lost eighty pounds low carb'ing and am a runner and have that loose skin, dropped at least four pant sizes. (I'm a septuagenarian). I see nutritionists talking about autophagy and the importance of intermittent fasting, but didn't explain what the process was. It sounded like it was just the body clearing cytoplasm debris leaving a build up of vacant fat (adipose) cells. Nothing about collagen and elastin production. Neat, thank you.
@@evgeniakotsifos7878 Hi - so sorry to hear that ! I’m sure it reduced some ? Have you tried the castor oil rubbing ? Some cellulite is particulary stubborn and can take several attempts ! Wishing you the best of luck with it ! Gabrielle

God Almighty says : * O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honored of you in the sight of Allah(GOD Almighty) is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things)*. (Quran)
Thank you so much for watching and commenting on my video ! I really appreciate your comments and encouraging people to watch my videos and learn more about Morocco/ the magical Kingdom! I loved the food and beautiful restaurants- we don’t get to go To many bars but love the rooftop bar at the Relais & Chateaux - amazing views but it’s expensive! Than you Gabrielle
Another mind-blowing video, Gabrielle, shows us the world famous tannery , the carpet factory, and the beautiful markets with various exotic lanterns and furniture, which give you an idea of the culture of the people and the beauty of the city of Fes. Of course she shows the exotic foods which are very tasty and the artitecture of the town. She covers everything in this video, so u have a very good idea why you should visit the beautiful city and the entire region. But most importantly, staying trim and healthy. If you don't believe, see the host, Gabrielle, how trim, healthy, and beautiful she looks. Now, if she can do it too, you can do it too. She believes you can. Hence, she has taken the time to teach you about intermediary fasting while enjoying your very own worldly travels. !!!

Hi Gabrielle, my intermittent fasting journey started August last year, thanks to you. After eleven months I have found it easy to have a daily fast of 16-17 hours. With the help of the MCT oil in my black coffee and daily fasting I lost15Kgs over that eleven months. Just one meal a day. My weight has now stabilised at a comfortable 66-67 Kgs and my body feels all the better, less knee and back pain. I can also, move faster around the table tennis table. The great thing I love about intermittent fasting is, if I choose to have a lunch and dinner with a few wines, it doesn't matter. I fully enjoy life. Thank you, Lionel
I’m so so glad Lionel you lived my video and intermittent fasting has worked so well for you ! well done !! you have extended your life years and have truly done something remarkable!! thank you Gabrielle ❤️🙏🙌🤩
When is it my turn to visit Morocco again? It's been too long 1979 was my last visit. So much has not changed, still so beautiful. Thank you for sharing Gabrielle.
hi thank you for commenting- Based on research by Dr. Berg Sometimes people think they need to raise insulin to gain muscle mass and that they need to load up on carbs because carbs trigger insulin, and insulin is an anabolic hormone. However, when you stimulate insulin too much, you create insulin resistance. If you have insulin resistance, you can’t absorb protein or amino acids very well. What to do to help gain muscle mass: 1. Do 2 meals a day (do intermittent fasting for at least 16 hours) 2. Get enough exercise 3. Don’t go over 50g of carbs (if you’re younger, you may be able to go up to 70g) 4. Consume 6-8 oz. of complete protein per meal (egg and fish are good) 5. Get your nutrients (calcium, B vitamins, magnesium, vitamin D, potassium) A few things that can slow down muscle gain or cause muscle loss: 1. Cortisol 2. Long fasts (72 hours) 3. Insomnia I hope this is of help thank you Gabrielle
