If you are using indian shop oils or any cheap supermarket oils, then switch to using flora sunflower oil and see the difference in quality and taste. They sell twin pack in costco.
Introduce lots of garlic in cooking. Make sure Not to buy China garlic which most Indian shops and lot of supermarkets sell. Costco sells organic garlic from Spain 1kg bag for around £6. U will see the difference in quality and taste.
Regarding diet, after certain age , diet and change in life style is a must to stay healthy. Weight loss is the first option to look into. Regular exercise or work out or sports has to be introduced. Half of our body problems vanish with weight loss. If you eat late and sit with that food, you gain weight. Eat early before 6pm. And then after warm water only. Theplas, chillas, they all have oil in it. Have oats for breakfast with dried fruits like almonds and walnuts. Protien Salad for lunch and one proper balanced diet meal . Cut down on making oily food and munching on unhealthy snacks. Cut down on fruit sugars big time. Instead have carrots, celery cucumber sticks. If you don't like broccholi, or cauliflower, beetroot, sweet potatoes indian style, then roast them with olive oil, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper, they taste yummy. Use extra virgin olive oil where possible. Make mash of potatoes, 1 whole broccoli (steam them) ,put chopped green chilli, chopped onion, salt pepper and grated cheese in it thats all and make toasties with seeded bread. It tastes yummy. You have the time. Just need to reschedule your diet plan, cooking style and life style and you will see the difference ❤
Been watching your vlogs from few months. Am not a nagger or back stabber, I am a well wisher and I tell straight on face. Health is wealth. Without health, life is screwed. Severe headaches must not be ignored. Why wait for NHS? If you can afford to go india or buy a new iphone, why can't you afford to go to a private hospital here to have scan and blood done. Reports are issued fast just like india. And costs almost same like india or an iPhone. Atleast the disgnosis can be done and then see if it is serious or can wait. Worrying about it and vlogging about it is not the solution. Be practical. If he is the main bread earner of your house, his health must be prioritised and actions must be taken straight away.

Hii from baroda I have been watching your vlogs since the beginning of your channel. I look forward to watching your videos after a long tiring day at college. Although I generally dont comment on social media, but because i am doing BSc food and nutrition, I am writing this comment.... Eating brocolli, spinach, garlic is actually very good. But we also suggest making other diet changes like reducing salt which you are already doing, reducing oil and ghee intake to only 6 teaspoons a day, incorporating lots of fruits and vegetables and adequate protein intake. You can also search on Google for " My plate by NIN, India" and "dietary guidelines for Indians" and read that pdf. It has explained what a balanced diet is in easy way. You can also consult an indian dietitian online, I am sure it will make a difference. I hope this helps.😊
