When you got any tune revisions, did you send the tuner a data log so they can see what was going on? Any good tuner will need a data log. There is an extension for the PMAS to move the filter behind turn signal for cooler air.

I do not want speakers near my ears. Armrest speakers and tweeters are all I want. I see that you if have a pedal commander installed. I'm buying the pedal commander
Cool - yeah the pedal commander is an easy install and you'll be surprised by the difference. You can't do a "canned" tune on these to my knowledge. So pedal commander is the next best thing.
Where did you get the kit from? Also, did you buy the wire harness for the radio so that it can eliminate all the wiring cutting? I do not want to splice and cut.

Urgent question though I have been looking at buying a front bumper lower chin splitter that says SHELBY from a newer year gt350 or gt 500 and making it work. I bought my Shelby vinyl letters on Etsy for my GT500 for the front splitter if thats what you're asking? I used post-it notes to space them lol. The GT350's come with indentations for the letters on their splitters so its a bit easier and you can find those stickers on ebay or etsy I think...
MAN I HAVE A 08 GT500 AND A 07 427 EDITION CONVERTIBLE SUPER SNAKE AND THE CARBON FIBER FRONT SPLITTER LOOKS AMAZING ON THE CARS AND I WOULD GO WITH THAT IF I WAS YOU BUT THE CARBON FIBER SPLITTER ISN'T CHEAP BUT BOY IT REALLY MAKES THE FRONT OF THE CARS LOOK GREAT BUT YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL PARKING THE CAR BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO DAMAGE THE CARBON FIBER.
I live in CA unfortunately and have to get smogged every 2 years so have to keep the cats on :/ CA sucks for car enthusiasts. And for legal citizens lol.
Im considering getting a clamp on straight pipe and keeping my old mid pipe with cats then simply switching when it comes time for smog. I have an 07 gt that's my daily though so I don't know how bad the drone would be. But yea CA is the worst place in the country to like cars @1234zcrom

I have that intake that requires the tune. Its a piece of shit and I can't stand it. I went through two tuning companys and they couldnt figure out the issuse. It was causing my rpm to bouce at 50 mph as it i was lightly tapping the gas and letting off. After 50 MPH it was strightened out. I returned it to stock tune and airbox all issues vanished.
Later I learned the suspension work was stock aside from the lowering springs. Wow SVT did a good job on the suspension including sway bars and other extra bars etc and some adjustable shocks that are an amazing brand from that day

Where in CA are you from? I’m originally from Placentia in North Orange County, but I’ve been in CO for the past four years for work. I’ll be relocating to AZ or possibly the Vegas area in July. If I decide to move to Vegas, I’ll be able to take the GT500 to Shelby anytime I want 😂

If you mod it upgrade the lower because the 07 had a super heavy lower damper you can go with a 10% and it'll add 2-3 psi if you do a 2.6 upper also you'll see 15 psi on the stock blower. I did not go with a 10% because I'm just running stock size lower but I got one from a 2013 stock damper any of them 08 up have the revised lighter damper it's about 10 lbs while the 07 is like 22 lbs or something crazy it's stupid heavy and when you're modified especially blower swapped it's way more stress on the crank snout. So I would recommend changing that. If you're gonna stay on stock blower or a 2.3 tvs you'll want a 10% lower. I'm running a 2.65 gen3r on mine so a 2.6 upper only has me at 20 psi already with a stock sized lower lol. Do a 1 piece ds just like with any 05 up mustang and I would do gears 373 minimum 410 if you want more aggressive that Trans is geared long. My 410 were killer on stock blower but now that I'm making 750+ rwhp they're a little much I may drop back to a 373, go with even wider drag radials and work on suspension to try to get it hooking little better. It's a monster. 410 works good on stock blower long as you have a drag radial on. These cars can get significantly faster with simple mods. You can go 10s pretty easy on stock blower fbo and gears. Not bad for a heavy manual trans car from 2007.
Ford gt was aluminum block and it had a dry sump oiling system instead of wet sump and the blower was different also but the heads on them are identical. These can make tons of power with a better blower on them. You can even make 600+ to the wheels on stock blower on a fbo setup. Some people think because stock hp is lower potential must be lower that is the opposite of the truth. These are just more restricted in stock form so there are much larger gains when modding. Also these don't have wide bands but that can easily be added in the aftermarket for few hundred bucks.
I did the same thing. Had a brand new 2015 PP GT and then went to a C6 Vette...then to my 2008 GT500. The GT500 is just raw craziness compared to the other 2. I like this car SO MUCH better. :)
