7:06 the amount of pp it takes to annex a puppet goes down drastically if you're the same ideology. the DEI are nonaligned and you were still democratic, yet taking a focus to switch to nonaligned. if you had waited until that focus was done, you could have saved a LOT of PP. cuz it's like 300 if you're a different ideology but it's like 50 (right?) if you are the same. so that's half a years of political power (at least) down the drain.
