I only knew the company name is after I sign the contract, and the company is allegedly a scam call center according to telnavi. That one staff is racist to me after it knows that I already signed a contract.
Why maids in maid cafe speak Japanese rather than English? There should be English maid cafes as well or at least have maids that can converse in English.

Because of doing Kendo in Socal, i have a lot of American Japanese friends. A few of them also tried to live in Japan. After 3 to 5 years they returned. They said something similar. As for going through divorce. I went through a whole life reset after divorce from a 20 year marriage. I remember starting in a little small one bedroom apartment. Just take it slow and don’t beat yourself up. It took me 5 years to recover financially and mentally. You will do well… take it slow with dating… don’t rush in to another relationship. I didn’t start dating till after the pandemic ( i work in a hospital) which was 7 years after my divorce. But i was ready both financially and mentally. Btw, my son just converted his accounting degree to mathematical engineering. But yeah he told me because he already completed his undergraduate, he couldn’t get a lot of grants anymore. But he worked as an accountant sold he could afford it. But he just finished after 2 years and he just got hired at Lockheed Martin. So don’t worry, you will do well! Think about this for a second, suddenly your arguing stopped after divorce right? Even if you still live together. You need more than a husband, you need a true friend. My advice is to get off social media and focus on school. You can't chase two rabbits at once. I lived in Japan 17 years as I had a great job for me working for a Japanese biomedical company but I was lucky; however, I had a game plan to get that job. I am retired from the company after 20 years and being promoted to a kachoo. Today I work 10 hours a week to stay active. Best of luck! You can do it, but heed my advice about simplifying your life. Edit: I was married to a Japanese woman and got over the divorce quite easily so I don't know where PTSD comes in but hey I am as old as your parents. Different generation.
Hey Chika. Thanks for sharing your story. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced a lot of trauma from your last relationship. I'm surprised you were married for 5 years. You look so young. Nice that you're pursuing your dream of becoming an aerospace engineer and finding a new husband lol! I'm from Florida and went to UCF for business too lol! I recently met a really cool girl from Japan that visited me not too long ago and we're now in a long distance relationship, which is tough af. I hope too see her again soon though. I'm just worried about leaving my family here in the states, if I went to Japan more than just to visit. I want to start a business right now doing youtube/streaming and run a vending machine company, because then I could just live on that income somewhere else like Japan and not have to participate in the work culture there. Kinda like what your parents did. This is farther into the future, but I feel like I'd prefer raising children in Japan rather than the states. I want them to feel safe and that sense of freedom to go out, which isn't granted for most kids here in the states until they get a license. Where do you think is a better place to raise kids? I hope you recover from your ptsd. I think talking about your trauma will definitely help!
I think you'd do well on a streaming platform. You have a good sense of responding to comments and story telling, just depends if you develop the skill of doing it off the bat.

I totally agree with you about having my room at 80+ Degrees fahrenheit, i have Neuropathy problems with my blood circulation, which makes me feel cold all the time.
