Hey there! The parking garage is for all three towers with unassigned spots & a walk-over is located on the 3rd floor. I’ve visited the complex for showings many times and have never struggled to find a parking spot. All vehicles must be registered so there is some accountability there!

You missed the biggest question to clarify please ,the issue I have tried work through the main sales office twice with the designated sales people and they are so complacent, that would be a understatement of the year, so I walked twice !! So can I eliminate them and go straight to this builder for a custom home or lets say you and get rid of them because they will take the wind out of your sails and break your sprit with all there complacency's, you just know its not worth it and have to gravitate to a re -sale to modify on your own maybe was my thought ! ?
I'm sorry to hear that was your experience! In this case, the onsite sales office acts as the agents for the builder and represents the listing side. If you're not currently registered at the onsite office, I'd love the opportunity to walk you through the process and handle the communication side of everything with their staff. Brian is an amazing builder, but all of his builds, due to all the builders' relationships with St. Joe and the onsite tea, are presented through the main sales office. Brian does have several new builds planned out outside of Origins too, if you'd like me to make the introduction!
Truthfully I did sign at the sales office so I guess that cuts you out ,sorry if I had would have known. Maybe I will consider a re sale with you in the future thanks for the reply@@30Arealtor

We are headed here for two weeks in February ( end) into March & so excited to go here!
