On the north side of Gulf Place, there is an Approved Development Order to develop infrastructure and construct a 28 unit condominium. This will be a 4 story structure featuring a pool, covered parking, patio spaces, and from what I can dig up, 2-3 bedroom floor plans.
Directly north of the new condominium we just discussed, you’ll see the a 2.3 acre lot being cleared to make room for the new 393 Municipal Parking Facility and a brand new tram service stop.
Right around the corner from the prior two developments is a new community called the Seacroft Cottages. This 2.51 acres community will feature 14 lots surrounding a pond.
As we head north to the rental restricted community of Cottage Grove, Key Lime Construction is adding 6 new townhomes in the front of the neighborhood. These will be 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom luxury floor plans in the $800s.
Starfish Townhomes. This is a potential 12 unit townhome development with 6 buildings on 4.85 acres, similar to the huge pending $6.95M sale closing at the end of this month for the lot directly south of this parcel containing 4 duplexes.
At the corner of 393 and Hwy 98, this corner lot was purchased by Circle K Stores Inc in 2022 for $3,600,000. There has been a pre-application paperwork showing conceptual plans for a 5,192sqft gas station and a storage facility.
