For those of us struggling to install these this video spends in a few seconds showing how which is simply not enough. We need footage showing which round it all goes. I can get the runners in but my tray is too wide to fit between them so surely I have done it wrong but this video is next to useless to work out get my error is. Help!!

This doesn’t help at all. Most of the build up of crumbs doesn’t even make it to the tray. I’m finding it impossible to clean the metal above the tray and below the heating coils

Hi, They have very few differences, the ECF02 is the current version. The main difference is the size, it is ever so slightly bigger. Th ECF01 has been discontinued. I cannot get the lever turned around with getting someone else to hold the machine. The machine is brand new. Does it need lubricated? Or should the coffee be going in as one scoop only?
