This video will demonstrate how to operate the touch and dial controls on any Smeg oven with '02' in their product code.
To find your product code, open the oven door (This will be the main oven door on the double ovens) and you will see the Smeg label on the left hand side. If the sticker is not present then it will be on the rear casing of the oven.
