@@TheDeepPlanet it works, I just do NOT like it. I"m getting hard of hearing and I need a little more volume and it doesn't let u hear all the music it muffles it, IMP ...
@IansDrumsandBass no. That won't be enough and also the coolant needs to fill the radiator and flow down into the water pump to get enough flow to move the coolant around the motor...
@@TheDeepPlanet ok tks. I can see the radiator cap without removing the tank but I probably won't be able to get the cap off without removing the tank. So fill radiator to the top, check reservoir is correct, run engine, re - check radiator and coolant reservoir level? Is that ok? *Remember im not draining the system just topping up. *
@@IansDrumsandBass oh right. My apologies - you can just top up the reservoir then. The full process is in one of my other full length vids. This was just a short I did a while back. I generally keep the level on the lower level with the bike upright (not on side stand) as it tends to overflow if I fill it to the upper line.

It's called an oil pipe. Put this into Google. Just double check it's the right one for your make and model. KAWASAKI Genuine NINJA VERSYS VULCAN S Z 650 ER-6N Oil Pipe 39193-0569
This was first video I watched of your canal. I am going one by one now through all your chanal. :) .. Seem I am before this kawasaki 650 engine halving (er6n) for first time, so i need all posible inspiratiom. :D.. Still belive it will not be necessary.. But anyway your vids are very interesting to me now.. :D . Thank you.
Hey!. Ive got the versys forks and rear shock on my gen1 er6n. What clocks are you using? Ive also found using flat bars give a nice riding position too
How come you barely have over 1000 views!!! The quality of the video and explanation is great!! If I wanted to get the shims to actually adjust the valves, how would i order them??
Thanks for watching! You can get shim kits online (eBay) but it might be worth speaking to your local mechanic or dealership to see if you can order the shims individually.
Hi. Thanks for watching. The rear shock supports the weight of the bike so you need to lift the bike independently of the rear swingarm in order to be able to remove the shock. So that wouldn't work unfortunately...
Hello. I have a 2006 er6f. I've noticed lately that if I let off the gas, the revs drop nicely, but between 2500-2000 it stops for 2-3 seconds and then continues. What could it be because of? My water pump is leaking, I will replace it soon based on your video (thanks :) ) could it have anything to do with it? Thanks in advance!
Hi there. Thanks for your message. I doubt the water pump leaking has anything to do with your rev issue. Just so I understand , does the motor cut out between 2500 - 2000 rpm? That sounds like a timing or fuelling issue. I would start with the usual suspects : spark plugs, ignition coils, battery, stator coil, regulator rectifier, air filter. Next I would check throttle body sync, valve clearance, fuel pump, throttle bodies, injectors. Failing that it may be electrical or even your fuel mapping (ECU). It may be worth posting your question on the Facebook page dedicated to er6f bikes but I would start with the "usual suspects" first. Let me know how you go. @@TheDeepPlanet Not exactly, if it reaches 2500, it stays there for a few seconds, it doesn't move, but it runs fine, then the time elapses and it continues to fall normally. ( I can post a video on my yt) Also, recently he started drinking more. By the way, thanks, I'll look through what you wrote, and if I can't find anything, I'll post it on Facebook!

Nice video If you lost one of the spacers on the wheel, it will not fit properly. The lower part of the struts will hit the rim amongst other things. Ask me how I know 😜 Have a wonderful weekend
it looks like my kawasaki ninja 400R I was looking for a breakdown engine I need to replace the cilinder that was damaged I am not very sure that is similar totally I need some help on that I think probably the difference is the cilinder size
Hi there. Yes, I've done a few other videos on how to service the bike , replace the mechanical oil seal, change the brake pads. Planning on doing more in the coming months. Thanks for watching. 😎
Hi mate. The versys forks was a straight swap, rim and rotors are the same. Only real difference was the spacers that sit next to the bearings on the front wheel.
@@TheDeepPlanet i wasn't expecting such a quick answer at 4:30 AM, thanks. From the little we can see on youtube looks amazing that bike, you should post a video where we can see it entirely👍
@@davidegigante Thanks man. The bike is amazing. I had to stop filming because it was slowing me down. I plan to build another one with everything I have left over and malemthat into more videos.
Hello, does anyone know why in my cardo connect app it doesnt appear the bluetooth audio mixing option? Both Freecom 4x and APP are updated. Is it because i've never connected to another unit? Thanks in advance
Hi Michael. The 2006 - 2008 model has a thin hose that connects to the tank on the left hand side about half way up near the frame. DM me on instagram.com/thedeep_planet?igsh=NDV5bWp0c25rbTkw if you need a clearer explanation.
Thanks for showing a good close up of the Cam, so I know exactly where the feeler guages are supposed to go. However, you didn't seem to replace any shims. I will probably need to know how to do that, too.
Hi Andrew. Thanks for watching. The valves were all in spec so I didn't need to change any shims. I'm planning on doing more vids and will do one on the valve adjustment when I get a chance. There is a chart in the workshop manual that shows how to calculate what thickness they need to be...
Cardo Freecom 4+, Itercom's hearing is sometimes intermittent as if there is a gap, and it's difficult to hear the other person. even though this is the most important communication, and just a few meters away the sound is already a mess if we go 80 meters away, we have settings to block noise, it's even worse for the other person's hearing. In fact, with the intercom that we previously used with the Sena M10, the hearing was better, but it just lost on the battery, if only it didn't lose on the battery, I would have chosen the Sena M10. I'm disappointed with Cardo...
After 20 years of on and off riding I got a cardo. Today it stopped playing music and its definitely a distraction messing with it while riding. Not good for newer riders.
Hi there. Thanks for your comment. Totally agree. The system has, however definitely saved me from serious accidents a couple of times. Also good for advising if the road is clear when overtaking. Ride safe. 😎
Hi there! Thanks for watching. It definitely is removable. I've seen threads where people have been discussing this. Not exactly sure how but you've given me an idea for another vid. Cheers!
Help please. at 5min 54 you picked up the flasher relay and something else, it's that something else that I need to know about and where it should go, it's a sort of probe in a plastic body with a hole to fix with a 6mm screw, I think it sits on the left side near the flasher relay, but my God I can't find a home for mine.
