Rachel, thank you very much. I would have enjoyed another 10 minutes of additional exercises for the neck. I often have pain between shoulder blades when I sew or cook and a video complementing the neck pain exercises would be welcome for trapezes and upper back. This ia a region that is often very tense. It is a joy to follow you.
Hurrah to this session. My neck hurts in a lot of Pilates exercises so I bought a block but it's too hard. I shall now use a towel through all neck hurty neck probs. More of there please. Enjoy your holidays, you deserve it. 🤗
Whilst doing the exercises I didn’t think the towel was doing much but omg - after completing the session- the neck felt so relaxed ! Thank you soo much - please can you do some more on this area- thank you - Sangeeta
Great class but today's was very difficult for me and I tried my best as rollups is very difficult because of my lower back pain so tried and will reach there someday.thank u.
Loved it! Rachel I'm so glad I found your channel. You're very thorough in your explanations which is extremely helpful when you start. Pilates I think are the best but fibromyalgia makes you look for gentle ones. I started doing another standing one of yours with resistance band that I like also very much. Could you recommend me which of your standing videos could help the most with chronic pain and be a good workout? I find standing ones to be easier to follow at first. Thank you!! 🌻❤
Missed the live session. Neck pain is a chronic issue for me and Ii would appreciate longer sessions to help with neck pain. I will incorporate a towel in my Pilates sessions. Thanks and have a lovely holiday.
This workout came at a great time. I just recently did a wall Pilates workout where my legs were against the wall and the whole workout required me to lift my head. For several days after that workout, I could not even lift my head. It was like my neck muscles just stopped working.
Thank you Rachel.I just read your reply to a previous message. Good to know that it's never too late to do these exercises. I am making it my Monday, Wednesday and Friday routine before i begin my day.

Good morning Rachael An awesome workout with great stretches. Love the mixup, which stretches all the parts of my body and make me feel so wonderful. I had experienced some cramps whe we brought one of the and crossed over the next. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed it.
