You’re a brave man! I do the Pennsylvanian a couple times a year and when the dispatcher says it’s time…the train is moving (despite whatever the conductors tell you)! 🚂 Harrisburg is definitely worth an overnight so you can see the inside of the massive Capitol, some fine restaurants and a Senators Minor League baseball game on beautiful City Island in the middle of the Susquehanna River!
This was over 10 years ago but I flew Icelandair from Toronto, Canada to Stockholm, Sweden via Reykjavik and I was not impressed with the seat at all. By hour 3 I was incredibly uncomfortable because of the lack of padding and support. On the return flight the IFE also broke down for the middle row, where I happened to be stuck sitting. I would love to visit Iceland but don't want to use Icelandair to get there .
That seems like such a brutal journey. At least now on the overnight flights from North America they’ve upgraded to comfort level of the seats. And you definitely should visit Iceland! I enjoyed my short stopover there

what a great video you put out this week! when i visited Stockholm last year i loved how picturesque it was. the only thing was that it wasn’t as peaceful as i hoped cause of the riots after the Momika incident… other than that, i had a great time! 😊 where are you off to next? 🤔
Stockholm really is such an amazing city! It is stunning being on the water and taking an archipelago boat cruise was so nice. Also I am so glad that you enjoyed the video! Still a few more videos to come out on Stockholm (I’m so backlogged in video editing) but then we will have Gothenburg and Malmö, and then many other cities in Western Europe

And you wonder why the left calls you cult members bc you fell for his lies hook line and sinker. Do you know he spent over a year going golfing. So that means he was golfing more than he was in the office. He used over 141,000,000 tax payer money just golfing . Forbes says he used 340 million tax payer dollars golfing. But y'all talk about being conservative..But that doesn't include Trump spending..it applies to everyone else.
I live in Galway. Man, you really got around a lot in a short span of time! Well done! There is a lot more to see so come back again sometime and check out some more. Did you know that Galway is where the discovery of America began? Christopher Columbus happened to be in Galway in 1477 at the same time that a mysterious boat or canoe washed up on the coast of Galway with 2 dead bodies in it who were clearly not Europeans, they had the international sailors examine the bodies to attempt to determine their nationality. Apparently when he saw the bodies Columbus was convinced that there was another land across the Atlantic. It’s believed now that they were native Americans who must have gotten washed out to sea (we regularly get stuff from North America washing up on the coast). There is a small monument to Columbus in Galway, and the church he attended is still in the centre of the town. Lots of tourists will use Galway as a base from which to explore the rest of the west of Ireland: the Connemara national park, kylemore abbey, day trips to the arran islands, etc. There’s a great guided walking tour of Galway that starts in eyre square if you come again.
Wow, thanks for the kind words and the fascinating history piece! I had no idea that Galway played such an intriguing role in the story of Christopher Columbus. It’s amazing to think about how that mysterious event might have influenced his journey. I definitely need to come back and explore more of the area-there’s so much to see and learn! I’ll be sure to check out that walking tour in Eyre Square and maybe even visit some of those other spots you mentioned. Galway truly sounds like the perfect base for exploring the west of Ireland.
