Guatemalan Food Review 

I have been to 101 countries and if you find street food stall with lots of people you're very safe. But if you go to the sit-down American tourist restaurants where there is lack of food circulation you're going to get sick. I have never sat down in the restaurant for 10 years because I only eat street food and I've never got sick once.

I have met more people getting food poisoning from tourist restaurants but very few from Street stalls
