One year standing for my husband and I look forward to the day where WE will share the testimony of how God restored us. This was very encouraging. May God continue to be glorified through this ministry.
How do you keep waiting when it feels like your Prodigal is doing everything he can to hurt you? Today the AC went out, I'm in Arizona. It's 90 degrees in the house. He still hasn't paid the car insurance. Did he invite me to his parents? They all want to say they are Christians? Am I not their neighbor? I need you Lord. I continue to trust the Lord yet I'm having a really hard time
Concentrate on your relationship with God in the waiting, He is right there with you in the journey. May God richly bless RMM and all my brothers and sisters in Christ, you are all loved and valuable!
My fiancé left me. It was one of the worst things I ever had to go through. I ask you to please pray for me. I still love her like this woman still loved her husband. I ask you to please prayer for Cheryl Ebright and I (Anthony Espinoza). I prayer in mark 11 verse 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Amen
So, is it just me or does anyone else want to know what happened to the woman who left her stand after nine years and remarried, and then her ex husband contacted her????? How did that end?? Anyone know??
I’ve been standing almost 3 years - there has been a breakthrough in communication and seems to have stalled….asking for prayer. Thank you - Jesus Name Amen.
Would love to have books, episodes, and / or even a podcast from Rejoice about how the kids experienced the parent's stand. My 12-year-old son is adamant about me no longer talking, praying, or sharing about my stand in front of him. He is excited about his dad's girlfriend and hopes they get married. My 9 year old daughter, although she also like the OW, she prays with me and gets excited for the restoration God has promised. My son's therapist, although a Christian, said I was hurting my children even though I only shared a little bit with the kids about my standing. (I think this came from a place of hurt in his own life as his wife left him many years before that). I told him politely that I disagreed.
This couple, this testimony, and their book capitalizes on the abuse and sexual exploitation of children and the horrific crimes “Brad” was in prison for. It’s not appropriate to share or promote this book, and shocking a faith based organization would promote this.
Hi there. It sounds like you do not want their marriage restoration and testimony shared. That must be really frustrating to have then heart this podcast. The entire Christian message is one of redemption. The Bible shares a story time and time again of the same. I have not read their book and don't know why he was in jail, however, there is no sin too great that the power of redemption should not be glorified. David murdered, committed adultery, and then some and God used him as a model of one after his own heart. We are all sinners ONLY saved by grace and we learn from those who acknowledge their need to come out of it and find the Saviour.
So she gave up on what could have been a new start and didn’t see the promise and you see that as a win?? Sorry I don’t see it that way at all. It’s messages like this one that make me want to quit standing completely. What’s the point of a promise that isn’t kept??
Why do women always lead with their flaws before the divulging of their husband’s unfaithfulness as if there was ANYTHING a wife could do to even slightly justify it? We need to STOP that. And maybe justify isn’t the correct word, but it’s like, well, ya know I had these flaws…. And he cheated. No. No no no no no. Stop it. He cheated. The end. Yeah we have flaws, and need to constantly plow our hearts, but adultery is NOT a result of the wife’s flaws. That’s how they justify it too, so let’s all just stop that.
Because that is what humility is. When we have humility, we are able to see our own flaws as well as to be able to put aside the flaws of others knowing we have so many ourselves. The Lord uses events like these in our lives to us to be able to help us see ourselves and those flaws. It's a beautiful thing because it opens the door for us to be more like Christ. God bless.
@@margekeler3112 no, flaws are not the same as committing adultery. We should all be humble and forthright with our flaws, but they IN NO WAY relate to a person committing adultery!!!!
Whew Chile! I needed to hear this. The enemy is using a conniving adulteress to harass and torment me while my husband allows it. He doesn't defend me, nor protect me. I must forgive them . God is in control. I am not! I will forgive everyone, every day!
