Canadian travel/tour guide content, crime stories, disappearances as well as videos dealing with a variety of topics that fall under the umbrella of strange/paranormal/spiritual/mystical/folklore etc.
Many of these topics incorporate interesting aspects of Canadian history, another topic I love.
I aim to effectively be fair and balanced when discussing these more mysterious topics - they are often fraught with embellishment and BS.
I am definitely very new to video production/RU-vid in general but I am striving to (slowly probably) improve over time.
I greatly appreciate everyone engaging with my channel, thank you to each and every one of you who gave one of my videos a shot - I know your time is valuable!
I like the way you present things. Feels like I’m just hearing cool shit from my neighbour or friend that is a critical thinker and that’s getting harder to find. Well done
Excellent video! For part 2, you may want mention the East End chapter of the Hells Angels, which is the richest Angel chapter in Canada. And you want to mention Michael Plante, the informer who took down a lot of the East End guys. The book Hell To Pay by Neal Hall is about Plante and has lots of photos
Strange North Channel 👍 I like a variety of your content. People should check out the books "Sekret Machines" by Tom Delonge and AJ Hartley on UFO/UAP, they are excellent!! @7:31 😮
It would be very narrow-minded of us to believe that Earth is home to the only life forms in the universe. Sooner rather than later humanity will come to know the truth.
Good stuff! Just found your channel & I love your non-sensationalistic approach to unusual phenomena in Canada. I'm a lake creature researcher from British Columbia, by the way. I'd really like to see you tackle Canada's history of lake monsters & sea serpents as we have a very underrated history of the subject in a video series. My suggestions for the episodes are as follows in numerical order: 1) Beasts of the Great Lakes; 2) Water Creatures of British Columbia; 3) Manitoba's Water Mysteries; 4) West Coast Sea Serpents; 5) Arctic-Circle Water Creatures. I got more, but I don't want to drag out this post. Keep up the good work.
I appreciate, thank you - I'm still pretty new to video production/RU-vid but I'm striving to improve and I'm glad people are getting some value out of my little videos. Cheers mate!
@@strangenorth-your welcome, not a problem.Thank you so much once again for these quite detailed/fascinating videos that you have managed too so intricately put together in some of the most best ways possible.Very well put, thank you for all that being said.I’m truly inspired by your such great content.I wish you,and your channel all the best going forward.have a blessed future ahead.🇨🇦
Nice video. For me I love Canmore. It might be considerably bigger than Jasper and Banff but it doesn't feel congested like Banff can be. The mountains are still right on top of you (Google Street view random streets in all three and you'll see what I mean), It's cheaper than either of the others...gas, food, shopping are all cheaper. There are also a huge amount of accommodations with various price ranges. Banff is considerably more expensive and Jasper is considerably more limited in options...although I really enjoy the many cabin style locations they have. Wildlife- Jasper wins hands down. I saw more bears and moose up there than during all my time in Banff / Canmore / Radium combined. I've also stayed in Radium (awesome but very tiny...2 nights is all you need) and close to Field in Emerald Lake Lodge...the lodge itself while kind of run down offers the perfect place to stay on the lake for early morning and evening without any drive.
Hey thanks for watching and I appreciate when people take the time to comment - fair points, and Canmore is a fantastic town. I'd like to possibly do a video there down the road when I visit the mountains again. Radium is great too, I haven't been there since a was a kid. Cheers mate!
I grew up with Bindy and some of his fellow "associates". I went to Tupper and was there when Bindy assaulted the VP. He had been previously suspended for fighting but he was also angry that another FN student and myself were jumped and beaten at school in front of school teachers. No one did anything, so when he heard this he went to the office, yelled at the VP saying he was racist and the VP said Bindy was suspended again. So Bindy wound up and toe punted the VP right in his nuts. I saw the VP get rolled out on a stretcher while Bindy was being carted off by VPD. I snickered a little as the VP rolled by me, because just the previous day the VP had told my Dad that I started the fight in which I almost got killed, thus he refused to investigate further. In fact, I had been at school, taking part in a PE class when I was suddenly assaulted. This is why Bindy had a bit of respect, he stuck up for people, especially FN people. But I also witnessed him beat someone for no reason, so he was a bit of a loose canon. That's what made him so dangerous.
Just watched 19 of your videos straight over the last several hours. Super refreshing to find a Canadian content creator making Canadian content and actually doing it really well. Keep up the good work man! You’ve got a new regular viewer
Hey thanks for watching and I appreciate when people take the time to comment - I'm still pretty new to RU-vid/video production and I have a long way to go but I'm glad people are enjoying the videos. There's a lot more cryptid content within Alberta than I thought there would be! I appreciate the support and I look forward to posting many more videos down the road. Cheers mate!
Lol abbotsford aint $hhit. What a joke city. In the late 80’s and 90’s Richmond, South Vancouver, and small parts of Surrey were the real ones. I remember Bindy came to a party on W/S Richmond it was 1990 and he almost didn’t make it outta there alive. Him and two of his guys rolled up thinking people were going to be scared of him and he threatened to shoot this one dude in front of the house then all the sudden 30-40 football, basketball, and local G’s came out and started beating his ass down. WS Richmond and south to central Richmond where people came from steveston high and Richmond high were real tight back in day. That was the last time bindy was seen in that area. He almost got his ass beat down at dolphin park basketball tournament by some of the homies from Seattle who were crips. All the dumb $hit happened in North and east Richmond. They all went to McNair and were considered outcasts in our city
Joel 2:28 King James Version 28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.
I live in Burlington, and my friends and I frequently camp around various wooded places in the evening while enjoying coffee and music. Me and my 1 particular friend are fascinated with cryptids and frequently discuss various creatures. We will keep our eyes out and ears open for this "dogman"
How about some stuff on the Italians, HA and Triads - like the 'war' with the Russians, and the death of Roger Daggit (RIP big guy) I don't believe for a second that Roger contracted out Ray Ginetti's hit, he simply wouldn't contract it out to the guy who they said did it. Maybe some overlap into the ousting of a former premier?
His name is prounounced Faysal Dean(Faisal Dean) Peter Gill...we all used to wonder why Gill would get back from court every day & would usually be smiling & acting like he had no worries at all...we found out why after lol. Also Duhre is pronounced "Duree" & their ties were more with a gang they co-founded in North Van called NVL ( North van locals) which members from that group of the Persian persuasion started Persian pride.
Hey thanks for watching and I appreciate when people take the time to comment - and thanks for the correction, I've definitely butchered a few names over the course of my videos. Striving to improve though. Cheers mate
