It all began with a Pinterest pin and one paper bag page for a mini album, and now I'm the proud owner of "too many" stacks of Christmas scrapbooking paper, including the Christmas line of Graphic 45 - too beautiful to cut, but I must! Inspired by Jane at VelocityVette08, Amy at MayMay Made it and Lindsay at The Frugal Crafter - I find myself trying this and that and then something else.
Omg I just realized this when I got my beautiful crystallized ornaments out again this year and now they’re dried out and crusty 🙈🤣 wish someone would have mentioned this in all the Rodin salt tutorials
So I've only used this pressure washer one time. ru-vid.comUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP The one time I used it, it worked great. I recently had new siding installed but kept the old gutters and small areas surrounding my house that weren't replaced so they looked horrible and dirty because of the new siding. I needed to get it cleaned asap. When I used the pressure washer, man it just melted all the dirt and grime that was on those areas of my house. I used that krud kutter soap and it was over after that. Easy to assemble, feels durable, very simple to use. Also, I purchased a used one to save money and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I want to get more use out of it so I think I'll be washing the cars and update this comment as time goes on.
Good afternoon Amy, this video helped me a lot and saved me a lot of time. My house has some brick walls and also some vinyl walls. This did the job on both! My girlfriend has made hints that she wanted them cleaned, now she has a surprise waiting for her when she comes home ❤ Thanks and Take care
If u weren't going for a see thru glass looking bulb, I have another option. Pour white acrylic paint, or whatever color u want, inside the bulb. Swirl it around until its coated, drain off excess n dry. That way, ur bulb won't b clear, but will look more like snow. A wooden dowel stuck in floral foam makes a good drying stand. Just an idea
Love this idea....hear me out...use old ornaments that are fading or colored ornaments that you do not care for and use this technique...or add dye to the epsom salt...hugs and happy creating🎉🎉🎉
I have been using this product now for the past 8 years. I clean my vinyl siding each spring. It looks brand new every time I clean it. I suggest doing it on a cloudy day as you want the solution to stay on the siding for 10 minutes before rinsing it off . On a bright sunny day, it evaporates a bit too quickly. Love this product and how well it works.
Hi Amy & THANK YOU SO MUCH! Because of your work, I was able to move a little faster in developing a simple, albeit slightly time consuming, working formula. Here goes: 1) Ink a stamp with Stazon and press gently and firmly onto a glazed tile. I noticed red rubber stamps are easier but if you're using a clear stamp and it slips, you can put one light coat of Modge Podge on before stamping. 2) Modge Podge over the inked image, lightly. Let dry - It's pretty quick. 3) Seal with "Amazing Clear Cast" resin. Dry time can be anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days depending on heat and humidity (dry and hot is best) *** Make sure you follow resin directions accurately and wear rubber gloves. You don't want to learn why the hard way. 2 identically filled capfuls of each part of the resin seals 15 tiles. It's SUPER IMPORTANT to both wear gloves and stir every bit as long as instructed. Making in big batches requires super speedy use as this stuff starts drying up within about a half an hour. *** Self Adhesive cork bottoms can be purchased inexpensively at Amazon.
Thank you for this video, I have been collecting my grandmothers every day dish pattern from the 60's .. to give to my cousins for Christmas.. all of her original plates were destroyed in a fire. This just gave me a great idea for a special present.. I can't wait to start this project.
That stuff is CRAP. I bought some of that and tried it today. Have a two story and nozzle only sprayed up about 15 ft. Left it on for 15 minutes, rinsed and did not remove all of the dirt plus did not cover more than half of one side for $19. Tried the detergent and bleach method on the dirtier side, took off ALL of the dirt and allege with one application for 15 minutes. Don't waste your money on this crap.
Hello, Amy… new subscriber here. Thanks so much for sharing your video. So, as you’ve discovered, stamping on tiles is awful to learn. I’m just getting started and have watched too many videos to count and read hundreds of tutorials. My tiles/ coasters aren’t turning out well, at all. I should have just stuck with card making! But… I feel like I won’t be able to rest, until I get this thing down pat. Like you added, in the end comments, my Ranger Archival ink washed off, even after baking. I’m beyond frustrated. The epoxy has been suggested to me too, but that’s a bit of an undertaking and it’s fairly expensive. I want to be able to paint in some parts of the stamped images. So far, that’s not worked. Have you discovered anything new since this video? I’m really ready to just give up. Thanks so much 💕
Man this stuff ain't nothing but the truth I fussed my wife out for ordering it because I knew it wasn't going to work like they say it would but it came in and I tried it just to prove a point to her and I was very surprised been using it ever since..and I did apologize to her 😁
Good Video Amy. Yep! Three Thumbs Up! This product really does work. You'll need to purchase your first jug with the spray applicator but then look for the larger size refill jugs. Will not affect shrubs and plants but just to be safe I always spray water on them before I start the Mold Armor. You may want to play with the different spray patterns but if you have a 2 story house you'll need the stream setting especially if your on a well with a pressure tank. And don't be chincy. This stuff is cheap. I lay it on thick, nice and soapy bleach. I always have to go over the tough spots as necessary. Buy 2-3 large refill jugs so you don't run out in the middle of working. Store any leftover in the garage for next spring. No climbing up on high extension ladders and no scrubbing necessary.
Thank you for sharing. My vinyl siding looks similar to yours. Going in the morning to get this product. Thank you again! Oh and @Intelligence looks sexy, we all know how you feel about the products you use, thanks anyway.
I've been using this product for a few years now. LOVE IT !! I used to get out the ladders and pressure washer and declare war on the mold and mildew !! Now.... I simply spray and rinse !! Getting ready to do my house again this year. I find it's less expensive to buy on-line (EBay) and it comes right to the house !! Doesn't get much easier than that !! Thanks for a great video !! With the low water pressure, it just proves even more just how good this stuff really is. Practically effortless results !!
@@Thhe758, Not really ... I tried a 50/50 mix of bleach and water before I bought this stuff. Didn't get NEARLY the same result. Now I use 60 second house wash, a little less cost and does an AWESOME job !!
THIS WORKS !!!! DO IT YOURSELF AND SAVE MORE THAN $200.00 PLUS IF YOU HIRE A PROFESSIONAL THAT HAS TO USE YOUR WATER. JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS . YOUR HOUSE WILL LOOK BEAUTIFULL OUTSIDE AS LONG AS THE SIDING IS IN GOOD CONDITION. I HAVE POWERWASHED MY HOME USING THIS PRODUCT FOR 3 YEARS NOW AND DID IT ALL BY MYSELF WITH JUST A WATER HOSE AND THE PRODUCT. IF YOU PURCHASE THE 32OZ. SIZE YOU CAN REFILL THE BOTTLE FROM THE LARGE SIZE AND SAVE MORE $ THIS WAY. THIS ALSO PROTECTS THE SIDING FROM MOLE AND MILDEW LONGER. I USE A POWER ATTACHMENT WITH THE HOSE. IT WORKS !!!!!!!
When u spray take precautions to move pets and stand down wind and possible eye gloves and mask leave product or bleach solution for 10 to 15 mins, then wash off the residue. The waiting time is important to killoff the algae cells
Here's a lot cheaper way to do it. Just go to the dollar store and buy some vinegar. There are no harmful chemicals needed. Just Mix 70 percent water and 30 percent white vinegar together in a garden sprayer and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with the hose. The vinegar can cut through virtually any stain or mark - even mold and mildew.
