Great review! A couple of questions, can you purchase additional plastic trays? And would two trays fit side by side, instead of a caddy and the tray? I know Weber says you don’t need to season it, what are your thoughts about seasoning it initially just like any other griddle?

Don't start cleaning your grates while the grill is still used. Parts of that disgusting gunk went onto that brocoli.
I have cook oxtail 4 or 5 times with red beans and dirty rice on my offset smoker and I usually add 1/4 cup of Jamaican rum to my brine read Vidalia onion red green and yellow bell pepper very thinly sliced along with beef gravy along with my beef broth yours looks really good everyone that has tried mine says that they are incredible fixing to fire up my smoker again and cook something for myself because I haven't had a chance to taste them yet also going to throw on 4 Racks of ribs

Okay here’s the actual way… (non smoked) 1. Season 2. Wrap in foil 3. Set temp at 220 4. Slow cook for 8hrs I promise you’ll love it. Pit master taught me so I’d love to share it also.
