Just wanted to tell you, looking at u just pouring all your seasoning into the meat , and not measuring everything throw me off.❤and u added honey. Ummm 😮. i would have made some turkey burgers and some baked Lay's potato chips. done.
My friends always make fun of me for doing this but it is actually SOOOO good and fresh and I feel amazing afterwards but still get those delish layers without the gluten🤩
I am always surprised that all videos about loosing weight while snacking suggest mainly sweet snacks :) I don’t have this craving, I prefer spicy things. Where to find healthy not-sweet snacks that don’t add extra kg?:)
Guys. I found a bread called “Carbonaut”. It’s DELICIOUS. Full of fiber. Low carb. Gluten free option. It’s made with tapioca starch and psyllium husk. It’s REALLY good and keeps me full. One sandwich is 30 grams of fiber
Some of these look tasty but that cannot be hard to achieve when you are using so much seasoning. The sodium levels have to be through the roof. I know being overweight is not healthy, but neither is high blood pressure.
Do you know what sweeteners do to your body? Yes you may lose weight, but you'll have a plethora of disease later in life. Please just eat REAL food :)
