Making $100,000 will DRASTICALLY change my life. I lived a very sheltered life and always dreamed of traveling the world helping people in some way. Didn't know how, I just knew that I had to....but I got married at a very young age to a man who emotionally and financially manipulated me into becoming a shell of that woman I wanted to be. For the sake of my daughters, I had to change. I got into weightlifting and finally had the strength to leave that 26 year relationship! ////////////////////////////////////////////// I found my calling…. I had to help other women like me! So I got into the physical fitness business...but struggled to make a good living. Then I met my husband, who had a similar vision and, most importantly, saw in me the woman I've been trying so hard to become. We invested everything we had and we opened a gym together (so naive!). After 4 stressful years we were about to lose it, but then we found Gym Launch. In 8 months our gross revenue grew from 50K per year to 235K in 2019! I'm at that moment in which I've become a service provider and realizing that this isn't either the way either. As a person who had to go through the whole chart to figure out the right path, I'd say don't waste your time and go into service providing or starting your own info empire right away! I would do service provision as a way to get case studies and cash flow quickly while building the info products

This blueprint was on point and very relatable! As a teacher, I fall within the 9-5 category... yet, I always knew I was meant for more. I want so much more out of life. I'm pretty sure I won't be chosen but here goes... I'm a licensed psychotherapist by trade with a lot of strategies/resources which I can teach to heal the world. I've already helped thousands of clients and their families with their mental health but I'm still in niche selection so that's a goal of mine to nail down. Once I figure niche I'll start creating content on Instagram and running IG DM ad campaigns towards calls to close towards a Skool group. I've been getting lots of ideas from your 7 hour course and other videos on the Skool Masterclass YT channel. Hi Max, I can relate to your journey a lot and your story warms my heart. I also went from working a 9-to-5 to learning a skill (video editing) and teaching others how to do it. However, becoming a coach made me realize that selling solutions is what helps you make money. I went from being a loser - fat, undisciplined, addicted to drugs and food and wanting to end my life - to becoming a disciplined man who inspires and teaches people how to achieve location freedom by doing what they love. I even have a Skool community with over 400 members. But my biggest passion will always be fitness, and honestly, I want to help people achieve their desired body and kill their weaker selves in order to be reborn. The version of me that was undisciplined and lazy led my life into depression and disaster. I know there are people feeling the same way, and I want to help them change. I want to help them achieve happiness. I’ll keep doing video editing and teaching it, but your story makes me believe that one day (once I solve all of my problems and upgrade my skills) I can achieve my dreams. In summary, while all of the paths require us to sell our time, building an asset/product allows us to decouple revenue from the requirement to be at a desk all the time. And it can earn on a large scale. I haven’t been able to make it work yet for myself, but I keep at it because of the benefits that you shared. The freedom around time is particularly important for family needs and experiences together. I really like Alan Weiss’ way of putting it. “I can always earn another dollar. I can’t make another minute.”
I see that you implemented the advice from Alex Hormozi from the recent Q&A of the skool games. Where he pointed out that you should get to the point faster. Also much better editing and overall style. Content was already gold, but now it is even better delivered! Way to go Max!
I learnt from Max that giving a lot of value for free is the best way to make content So in this comment I’ll be summarizing the best business model in the world, and give some tips as a video editor, so if anyone’s confused it’ll hopefully help them business model: making a private community for a monthly fee usually ranging from 19-397 dollars a month, can go higher or lower than that, in that private community you’ll make courses for people who join, they’ll be able to talk to each other, and usually you’ll have scheduled group goals with them, all this aimed to help them achieve a dream outcome which can range from helping a business go from 10k/m to 100k/m, to helping a dog owner train his pet, traffic is usually achieved from posting consistently on RU-vid, and funneling it into a free community which later can be upsold to the paid community, so beside the offer of the private community, obviously the better the offer the more people join, I’ll give some tips here as a video editor for making better RU-vid videos from my experience working with RU-vidrs: 1- you don’t have to be a guru, you can be a guide, a guru says what you SHOULD do, a guide tells you what they did, being a guide is arguably better but is for sure is better if you don’t have enough credibility yet 2-look professional, big millionaires have the ability to record on their phone with no editing and get millions of views, because they have the credibility, but if you don’t have that yet, stuff like mic quality, editing quality, camera quality and background, give people trust in you from the start of the video, which makes them more likely to watch 3-you don’t need over the top editing, as a video editor who makes over the top videos, I can confidentially say it’s completely different for educational content, imo a couple animations at the start of the video to just look more professional but other than that, just do music and simple zooms 4-video idea is everything, hook, thumbnail, and title are the most important things in a video, and you nail all of those by nailing the video idea, I can say this confidently after working with so many huge RU-vidrs and seeing how they distributed their time 5-make the video as short as it needs to be before losing value, it’s about value per second not seconds of value My story: I’m 16 year old from Egypt, where the average income is about 80 dollars a month, my parents were going to sell my house to solve piled up debt, but then at 15 I’ve learnt video editing and got my first 10k per month at 15, so I paid all of it off, now I’m looking forward to start my own community where I teach people how to do the same, and hopefully win the Skool games, I’m going to join max premium regardless but it would be nice to get the 1:1 call ❤️
