Dell, I couldn’t find the videos for the other miniature paintings.this one is very pretty. Lots of inspiration. My suggestion would be to include the colors you are using, this will be very helpful. Blessings and take care.❤❤❤
Dell, I have watched this video twice to fully understand the process. Thanks so much for the demo. I’m in the middle of painting a white magnolia as a birthday gift and it is coming out great. This video is incredible educational. I just found your channel and subscribed to it. Could you be so kind to let me know what colors you used for this painting? I wasn’t clear for some of them. So much inspiration here. I would love to see you painting a white rose. Best wishes for 2023! Blessings and take care. ❤❤❤
I just keep coming back to this amazing painting of yours. You've really got those sea oats down pat! Thanks for telling brush size. Question please, Dell: Do you wait for the background to dry before you put in the sea oats? I see your hand is resting on the painting. So, essentially, this has to be done in stages, right? Thanks for being responsive to your viewer comments:)
Tish, I have a number of videos on youtube in which I talk through the beach scene painting in real time. Unfortunately, I cannot "undo" the fast forward tutorials. Put my name in the search bar and they should come up.
Hello Dell, I would truly love to paint this beach scene, but only have been using acrylics.. I’m a beginner but if I slow down the video, then it won’t be too difficult. I’ll watch it first and make notes. If I get stuck, I’ll give you a holler! Thanks
So sorry for being slow to reply. I hope your method of using this tutorial worked well for you. You can contact me more quickly at my email: dellbelew33@hotmail.com
You have a very calm voice and relaxing music on the background. You do great job. I enjoy to watcing your tutoruials. Thank you being and teaching of our painting learnings.
I have been producing these videos for about 3 or 4 years. I have been experimenting with lighting as well as cameras. I think I have a pretty good handle on the lighting now. However, watching this one after the fact, I apologize for the poor quality of lighting in this video. Please check out some of my later videos.
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know a method to log back into an Instagram account? I was dumb forgot the account password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me
@Creed Darian I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
It probably won't. RU-vid tends to scramble them, but if you put my name in the search, all of them should come up. I'm finally learning to put them all in one video. You may find the ones that were all-in-ones. Thank you for visiting!
Sorry. but you tutorials do not follow from the first, then the next. It's a youtube situation that only you can fix. I have painted with you many times but its confusing to find the correct NEXT tutorial for that particular lesson. It would be GREAT HELP for anyone who loves your work like I do. Thanks.
I use a mixture of Burnt Sienna and either Cobalt or Ultramarine Blue to form a gray, depending on whether I want a ground color to be "sandy" or more purple. Our beach sand is dark gray when it is wet but I like to change it up depending on my mood at the time. Adding white with a very slight touch of yellow will change the tone.
Dr. Belew, I just wanted you to know that I found one of your paintings. Please give me a shout because I would love to gift it back to you. Send me a message sometime. I am in the RH area.
About the boarding: The man videotaping seemed to be suggesting that all of the windows may have been broken. It was bad enough if even some of them were broken during riots. Just saying. . .
This video has been exasperating to upload. In this "edition" there is a large gap in the beginning and I have not been able to find it. But I hope you enjoy watching what is there. At least the music is not overlapping and there are no repeat sections! :-(
Hey.i am loving it.this is so realistic and beautiful.i also have started my RU-vid channel plz watch my painting videos and share your views on videos
Thank you, Daisy! I am working on my new website www.dellbelewartist.com that will feature all of my artwork and later some of my youtube videos. It may take a while to get it uploaded as I have many, many works to post.
The birds are a great idea, but, the flying one in the foreground looks a bit large for the rest of the picture. The little ones in the foreground, standing, and, the ones in the background flying are perfect. The picture has come together beautifully, and, the clouds are stunning!
It is inexcusable on my part that I have just read your response! Forgive me! As to the size of the "front" bird, it is closer to the viewer in theory. Thank you for responding!
Hi Dell,I have searched, and, searched for some instruction on a beach, and, dunes to add to my painting of large clouds. Your instruction look s to be exactly what I've been looking for. thank you for taking the trouble to go into so much detail, and, instruction.
Dell, the most significant thing to me about this presentation was the sudden shift of your color palette at one point from pastels, watery colors, to darker, bolder colors. This change was reflected at least that one time by the change in the music. We could talk a while about its symbolism. Good job! And this is just my preference, but I would enjoy perhaps a shorter grouping of paintings, but with more time to linger with each lovely one.
