Nice video to watch some deer but I am sorry but I do not consider this hunting. Hiding in an enclosure that conceals your movement and restricts your scent is cheating to me. Believe me it would be twice as exciting if you were out in the open and had to make every move with extreme caution to avoid detection is so much more exciting. You were doing so much moving without being seen with deer that close. To each his own.

It was the second day of the season, and I shot a big buck with my bow, which is why I didn't shoot anything that day. Did shoot a doe later in the season.

To all hunters who want real scent coverage keep your hunting gear stored in a tote with leaves and pine needles, sometimes small sticks and pine cones, stuff like that, it has to be taken from the forest floor and don’t put on deodorant or wash yourself with something unless it doesn’t have a scent, humans can be smelled out like a a bowl of fresh popped popcorn in a studio apartment
Yep, I don't even sit in my truck with my hunting stuff on. Stays in a sealed Remington tote year round. In the fall I put fresh leaves in. Never use soap with fragrance days prior to hunting, use scent free wash and deodorant.
Sure I’ll bet 10 k ! Deer that are in the wild and do not see humans that often would have a different reaction. I’ve been hunting for many years and you can ask any real hunter, this video is real but it’s not a hunting video, you can’t be in a blind or in a tree stand or in a tree stand with a blind and be that active with deer so close, you’ve lost it
great video , and you didn't even have to shoot one to make it worth watching . i thought you had put your blind in the county fairgrounds deer pen . i hunt houston county in mn and the woods looks and sounds the same . good luck to you .
Not the video but the hunting aspect, what hunter can actually say they can make that much noise and movement and have the deer stick around, highly unlikely!
Thanks! They seemed to just keep coming. This was the second day of our season, and there weren't nearly as many hunters near me as there was opening day, probably too hungover, it is Wisconsin after all.
