Yooooo….. BIG time ski biker here…. Total hats off to Chris at SkiByk…. Hats off to the people at TNGNT…. Great products and amazing service… but everyone keeps comparing this to MTB on skis but I have yet to hear anyone get to the real deal of these things….. Mountain bikes on skis. …. Blah … blah … blah…. BMX bikes on skis is the real truth. … you might be coming down a mountain on a bike but it’s not like a mountain bike… it’s really like riding a BMX bike with suspension on a gravity induced pump track/skate park…. MTN bikes have brakes…. These don’t! … Ski bikes have BMX inspired frames. … in fact the best bikes out there have BMX handle bars( sorry Lenz). I’ve been riding since I was three…ridden everything with pedals…. BMX style riding is what these machines are made for. Hit the slopes with that in mind. Everything around you becomes a feature. Mountain bikes have brakes… ski bikes /BMX bikes don’t…if you ride different types of bikes you’ll definitely see the difference…. Stryker Fox
I got into ski biking 6 years ago. I was an avid downhill mountain biker for 8 years previous to that. I have BMX’d only a little bit when o was younger (42 now). I have to agree with you on most things. It feels more BMX on my TNGNT bike, due to the BMX handlebars. But it does feel a lot like a full suspension mountain bike too, due to the full suspension on my TNGNT ski bike. It definitely doesn’t stop like a mountain bike though haha, and the carving of the ski’s on the ski bike feel more like a snowboard. All in all, it’s so much fun and I’m so glad I got into this sport years ago!
@@JacesOwnWorld…… absolutely…. I started riding a Crighton Sno-Moto about 18 years ago …. 51 now and I’m going to keep going as long as I can. My wife rides as well so that works out. When I describe a TNGNT or a SKIBYK to people I always say it’s like a full suspension BMX bike on steroids with skis instead of wheels… funny to watch their face as the start putting that together in their heads. Hit us up if you’re ever on the East Coast…. Mt. Snow , Stowe, Okemo , Hunter, Jay Peak…. You can ride there no problem.
Hmmmmm you still sound extremely uniformed here. You could run any bar on anything of these bikes and get whatever feels your after They are all capable of riding mtns and powder, so far from Bmx only style riding You should try to get more educated on the history of the three big manufacturers before you toss someone like devin lenz under the bus like that!🙄🙄🙄 Do you have any video showing your personal skillset to backup these claims?

Also…. A lot of experience here… not bragging… just stating facts…. Sno Gos are like walkers for skiers… your feet are positioned ON the skis instead of being positioned on the pedals. COMPLETELY different ride. Sno Gos are only good for open slopes….horrible in the woods… bad on jumps and in the parks… the only really good trike is the HILLSTRIKE which is a trike but you’re still standing on pedals. However I think the No Gos(😂😂😂) are definitely good for one thing….. starting beef with the REAL ski biking community…. Cause nothing draws attention to the sport like a little beef😂😂😂😂Any Blow Goers wanna race at Mt. Snow this ski-eason???? (23-24)… Hit me up and prove me wrong!!! Talking to you🫵🫵👊Mike from Mt. Snow….. Yours truly.. Stryker Fox
Hello, I was wondering if you guys would consider talking about your bikes on my RU-vid channel.. I met one of the guys at hall ranch he was 72 yo and shredding your bikes.. feel free to check out the channel , I would love to hear about your man bikes and how the pandemic has effected your company..
I'm just starting to get into these bikes and I love it. I was getting a little bored with just skiing and this is a fun way to get into a new winter sport. These Lenz bikes are so well made that if I get in a tough place or start to feel a little out of control the bike will correct itself and save me from a crash. I'm learning from Josh in Steamboat and Brian in WinterPark and everyone on the mountain asks me about the bike but I think a lot of people are a little afraid. I'm no expert at any winter sport but one half day lesson is fun and enough to enjoy the mountain on a bike almost right away. My first few days on a bike were a heck of a lot more fun with a lot less falls than my first time on a board or on skis.
Hello, I sent you guys an email, but im not sure you received it. I work at Winter Park Resort and I ride freeride/freestyle mountain bikes in the summer and id like to transfer my summer skills to the winter. I can flip my bike, and I have wanted to do so on the ski bike for a while, I was curious to know if there is a way to get sponsored. Please let me know whether or not there is. And here is a link to one of my riding videos. www.pinkbike.com/video/377788/ Thanks!
Every year man we do the big huck competition... totally sick, I was one of the first girls to do a "big ass jump" in Durango. My friend Brandon Schmit made a pretty chill vid with some crazy tricks and jumps if you want to check it out dude.
I've been skibiking for 4 years now and I don't look anything like that. You guys are good. We usually do backcountry up at Berthoud or Loveland Pass. There's ALWAYS wipeouts and laughter every time we take the bikes out.
