It's just changing in pitch as it's velocity away from the camera increases. It's called the doppler effect, and the tube reverb, with all the sound waves circling around the outside of the tube and interfering with each other just adds to the crazy distorted effect you get by doing this.
I haven’t had any issues with it. Only thing is the spark arrestor fell out. I think that was due to the retaining but not being tight. They sent me out a new one free of charge so I’m happy with customer support
Doesn't last packing was gone and rattling in the bottom 3 months after installing. Blew the bogus collector gasket they sent within 2 weeks. CHINA JUNK
You're slow, so much power but not a driver capable of harnessing it. Maybe it would be better to start off on a less powerful vehicle and learn to master it before using extra power as a bandaid to make up for your lack of driving finesse
