LimitedFX matte black or the Blue Fxone Metallic, which do you prefer? I got the gamma boosted clipper already but i dont know, if it is worth the babyliss clipper in the limited pack. I need a new trimmer so i dont know.
@@cutsbycoast I believe it is the same blade that comes on the TPOB Play. I brought the Mecha Clipper on sale for about $35 and had a spare blade laying around.

Do you recommend jrl onyx just for styling the beard at home with a fade on the sides do you recommend it? Because I'm debating between the wahl magic clip gold model... what does it mean?
I prefer the onyx to the magic clip. The magic clip feels cheap to me and the magic clip has that stagger tooth blade, if your clipper is zero gapped it could cut skin easier

You just gotta know that neither SC/Gamma or JRL or TPOB are not producers.. they don’t have their own factories.. all those brands buy parts and mulds from like 3 different china companies.. that’s why you have SC Instinct and bunch of very similar clippers with different names :)
Finally a US influencer got these bad boys. Mrd sells for stylecraft, the are a top brands in China with other brands madeshow(jrl) vgr, etc... I rock with madeshow, but goal is to get that clipper
Do you recommend any specific madeshow or VGR clippers? I ordered a couple that should come in this week or next. They are amazing clippers i would say these are top of the line.

I wanted the red Lo pro but my local barber store did not have it so I got the gray one instead. I tested the clipper for guards rattling with the number 1, .5 and 1.5 and no rattling. This video is what helped me buy the Lo pro so thank you for the review. I will be using them to cut my own hair this weekend. The power feels amazing
Glad that they’re working good for you bro! The overall build quality is nice and the lever is smooth! I try to stay transparent, if you buy these expensive tools, you have to be able to fix any problems. Make sure the screws stay in the middle and the blade isn’t bumping from edge to edge. Facts! That’s what made me start looking was his comments on top of physically seeing the other version. I gotta imagine if they release these clippers it would be $269.99 vs the $209 i paid for them

@@zali6370 black Fx one is quieter & feeds bulk better. The grey Fx one fits in the hand better. Both really nice machines, the grey lo pro just isn’t my favorite. I think the size of the clipper / shape is gonna be more important over time
They fade well, I’m used to higher rpms so i believe they’re for the barber that likes the slower speeds (ex: slow speed on the jrl or play.) The trimmer is sharp for being in a $60 bundle, they’re not gonna compete with the top of the line but i love how light they are, been using them for designs, setting in bald lines and line ups but not the best to remove bulk.
@@cutsbycoast yea Bro you gotta drop some new tutorials… and the reason a lot of guys are struggling with views is because people don’t have patience to watch them… til too and reels took over unfortunately and people don’t have the attention span to watch a 12 min video for whatever reason……
I have never used the fx3 shavers i had the clipper and trimmer… trimmer cut my first client and i sold them immediately and the clipper was trash to me. Still wanted the shaver just never got the opportunity. I have had a lot of people tell me they love them but i love the Fx one stick shaver and the UV foil ones are dope too. I don’t think you can really go wrong with their shavers even back to the OG!
@@cutsbycoast dang fx3 trimmers are so fire too i got the black ones. fursure had to push em back a little bit but once i gapped em correctly they are now my go to liners🔥 but yes my local barber supply store has fx3 shavers for $70 rn its really a no brainer the quality you get for that price
@@adriansimental6567 what supply store is that? That’s super cheap! With the Fx Ones, i can bald out someone in like a minute or less lol makes my day so easy. Are the Fx3’s similar in time?

Idk why the DLC blade is so much louder than the blue and gold blades. I just wish the color was black instead of that grey they would look more like the Patty Cuts ones.
They are so loud, idk what it is but I’m not trying to break them in. I think black would’ve been sharper than the grey with the green and red colorway too
They are great at everything. If your trimmer isn’t oiled it could pull when scooping. Haven’t had any real issues with the graphite or blue blades tho!
@@cutsbycoast i'm noticing that about the DLC as well. According to Babyliss, the DLC blades are the upgrade from the graphite, so somebody has that backwards in their QA dept.
I always ask people when they sit down “is it cool if i record a video? I’m trying to into RU-vid” and usually my clients say yes. I don’t think I’ve had anyone say no. Same with pictures, I’ll say something like.. “I feel like i executed this cut, do you care if i grab a picture?”
@@L4M3USERN4ME pretty much the same clipper with a new paint job & add the grip to it. I prefer the grip because it’s like it helps slightly with vibration aside from being more comfortable
Play is half the price & 2-3 times quieter. Metal instincts can fit all guards & come with double magnets vs the plastic jrl guards. Instincts 11,500 rpm vs play 6,000 & 7,500 rpm. I like the instinct better but there’s several factors. If you have anymore specific questions that can help me answer feel free to ask bro!
@@Mr.Oct___ I’d say the Lithium FX by Babyliss is the closest to the fast feeds. Low vibration and feeds well. Not the strongest clipper out but it’s a solid clipper
these are one of the clippers ive been eyeing lately! so thank you for clearing up things when it comes to bulk lol I was wondering. were you able to find a solution for them not having 1.5 guard
I’ve still got these years later and they’re fire for fading. Maybe not the best for bulk as time went on. I have the double magnets by Stylecraft and they have them all minus the 7&8 guard
As someone with zero skill cutting their own hair at home, does it make sense to buy a 'higher end' product like this or should I just go with a cheap Wahl?

Can someone help me out I’m thinking of getting the jrl 2020c grey clipper to cut my own hair and usually get taper but are they still good or should I buy the new onyx or the gold ones
