Speed is the biggest problem. If it only goes 25kmh 10% uphil or when really cold its a real hazard to drive as you basically are as "fast" as an e-bike but are driving between real cars. Real shame, wish speed was steady and maybe unlockable. Would be much saver
yes, it`s an issue indeed. The motor actually can do more, but it is limited. I just have to find a way to access that limit somehow and remove it, would be much better. As long as no one without the normal driving license is driving it, should not be a problem.
yes, I think that is its exact objective, to provide cheap transportation in a crowded European city. It is useful for short journeys, better then having a normal sedan, or even hatchback
Why are you making fun of the ingenious car design which in fact makes it so cheap? Strange, just buy a Merc and FO if you are into it like that. The range is very low though. Edit: I saw at the end you were more positive so take my comment with a grain of salt.
Hiding behind a rubbish cart, good marketing lol 😅😅 says it all really. It's kin awful. But might be a good for invalid people especially in winter in eastern and northern Europe. . ps the high tec green loop for opening the door , hilarious 😂😂😂😂 split side window good for drive through pick up at macky Ds , only trouble is the fixed top of window you will have to scream at the top of your voice for them to hear your order . Hand brake very phallic 😅😅if I see one by the side of road and no one is about I will push it over on its side , it will look better 😂😂😂. bet you won't buy one
A major flaw in the concept for city people living in an apartment in an area with winther season, is that it can not be charged below 0°C. Also it should put out more power up hill to keep up.
Gang raus also auf Neutral gestellt. Sollte man aber erwähnen und nicht so rüberkommen, dass man generell den E-Rocks auf 75 Km/h bringen kann, indem man den elektronischen Begrenzer rausnimmt...
you think so?...I tried going down from a mountain pass, quite a few km going down, in gear, and it did not add any km, not even hold it a bit constant, the range was going down just about at the rate that i`ve done the km.
@@user02161 No. unfolrtunately no settings to unlock. Just pinch the brake realy quick and at the same time get it out of gear, to neutral, and you just roll down the hill. And hang on tight to that steering wheel, because it gets realy scketchy :)
I didn`t tune it, just set it to neutral by pressing the brake fast and quick, while at the same time switching to neutral. Some cars let you switch to neutral without touchng the brake, some don`t. And fown the hill you go, just be carefull, its quite scetchy at over 65 Kmh, it starting to shake apart.
@@huseyinrammo6923 Unfortunately no, the motor just does not have to much power. It could teoretically go until around 60 if you find a way to unlock it. The theory is if you can misslead the motor into thinking it goes with a slower speed then it actualy does, it could work, for an extra 20 kmh. That`s how they do it at bicycle motors at least.
@@huseyinrammo6923 i don't know exactly. You have to find out first what kind of motor is exactly, find out where it has its speed sensor and then try to overpass that sensor somehow.
The adjuster closest to the fender is the one for the lateral adjustment and the one closer to the engine is the one for the height adjusting. To aim the high beams separately you don`t have a separate adjuster. The two adjusters that you have are for the whole unit, both high and low beams.
I've driven all of these cars stateside. The one that everybody will stop you and take pictures of is a '98-'02 WS-6 Trans Am. The '94's were ok. The C6 ZO6 is my favorite, I don't like the C7's or C8's, but I do like the noise of that GT350 with it's flat plane crank.
@@automotive_passion Had a '98 Hardtop SS Camrao as a daily driver. They are good platforms. Look up Nordschliefe Firebird Formula. I promise that you'll like it. I think it was a guy named Russel G?
Yes, it is a bit wierd they`ve gone a different route with the 350, the flat plane crank sounds apart from the rest of the Mustangs that we are used to with the corss plane. But never the less, it still sounds good, being a significantly large displacement still.
ill never forget the first time i saw one in person, it was BEAUTIFUL to look at. then dude hops out with a bag of chips, crumbs going all in the floor, cigarette butts on the carpet, trash everywhere, whole interior was layered in dirt. i never imagined it would make me violently angry but indeed it did. i had to walk away.
It is trully a beautifull car. And the sad part is out of the not so many produced, some get to be at owners like that, that just don`t give a f''k. These kind of people shouldn`t even exist near such cars.
First I measure the distance on the wall, and the distance to the car, to match the specifications, and when one of the headlights is set, I adjust the second one according to the first one.
@@automotive_passion thank you, but do you do anything to make sure the first headline has good left/right adjustment? If so, what? I only see up and down adjustment, not left right, and if the first headlight is off horizontally wise, the second will be off as well
In my case, having two separate lenses for each headlight, first when I assembled the headlight, I made sure that the two lenses were having the light beams exactly on top of each other, doubling one another, so when I assembled the headlight it projected as one beam. I made sure then that the headlight itself is perfectly level and parallel to the ground, while having the headlight adjusters to the medium position. Then you have room to adjust the headlight when its on the car on both axis.
As you are saying, I also had them broken, but I just refreshed the headlights, changing the adjusters as well. True, it`s hard to find an E39 with original not broken adjusters, maybe collectibles only.
