However, when I try to download content within the app, I receive the following message: “Make sure you have an active Internet connection and your device has the latest version of 'App Store' installed.” I would like to inform you that I do not have any issues with my Internet connection, and my device has the latest version of the App Store. Despite this, I still receive this error message. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Could you please let me know what might be causing this message and how I can fix it?
Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience you have with the VirTimePlace app, but this is a video channel and we cannot solve here app technical issues. Please submit your enquiry using the contact form at www.virtimeplace.com/content/contact-form. Anyway I know that the current app is at the end of its life cycle and maybe it is not completely up to date for the latest apple S.O. and devices. It is going to be replaced soon by a browser compatible app and we hope that will remove some of these troubles.

I was there in summer 2022 and couldn’t of imagined that the ruins I was looking at was actually such a great city. I recognize the library, the theatre and so much more. This animation makes so much sense. I can’t thank the creators of this animation enough for enlightening me as to what I actually saw in person. Thank you.
Same here, I just came back from Ephesus last week, the Ephesus was amazing. I recognize the library which I took many pictures with, and also the steep, slippery theaters. Ephesus was big city back then. Wish I was born in those days so I could experience how it was like.
