What's with everyone going insane?! First Moon, now Golden! For all we know, eventually Puppet, but right now, they are very strong-willed to be restraining their frustrations like this. Puppet is the only one right now handling everything, OMG!
I have a prediction maybe I could be wrong. Golden Freddy is corrupted by that "virus" that almost killed Freddy, his son. Making him act very unstable and into madness. Probably to make chaos and dispare. Dark Glamrock Freddy could used it as a way to find that magic to destroy it. Or drain all Golden Freddy's powers so he can be infinite stronger than all animatronics combined.
I guess Dark Freddy could take advantage of the situation but he definitely isn’t the virus creator. In “Shadow Freddy is dying in VR Chat” video, Shadow Freddy that the infection happened during the time this channel’s duo is in the old house, you know… the one with problematic pictures. And Dark Freddy didn’t exist back then. He only appears after the time the duo moved houses……however, that isn’t to say your theory is completely incorrect. Dark Freddy definitely could take advantage of the situation but I feel like your theory is more applicable to Phantom Freddy. He could use the virus to drain Goldie’s powers and maybe brainwashing him.
