Doc sir, I am 25 years old unfortunately lost my hairline on both temple areas for nearly 4 cm in both side. suffering from M shaped baldness. All the hair root are dead and skin is shinning in those areas. For a condition like me, can i use derma roller along with minoxidil? will it regrow and restore my hair line/ Will it create new hair root ? Or hair transplant is the only option for me to fix this.
