I usually use something like challah rolls. Even toasted it won’t scratch my mouth and gums. Omit the cheese. Really makes it hard for digestion when dairy and meat is mixed. Nothing to do with religious restrictions, but basic biology. Either dairy or meat sandwich. Don’t mix.
