Hi i have a question about if i used locked key not a virgin one while on bench does it work out and if i used different id while programming on obd does it work out too
Yes locked key on bench works. Different ID on OBD, No. I only used one ID46 Chip & one ID67 chip to fool the system to meet the 2 key criteria requested by my tool.
I have yaris 2007 mmt (robotic) the seller who gave it to me told me not to change the transmission oil is the transmission oil changed? here in my locality there is no professional for toyota mmt, do you have any video on how to change the transmission oil? what oil do you need? is there a possibility that after changing the transmission oil there will be a problem with the gears?
The gear oil can be changed at required interval. I don't think your transmission will develop fault simply because you changed the transmission oil except you used the wrong oil, didn't follow the right procedure why changing it or the transmission has been damaged already for not changing the fluid for a very long time. I don't have a video showing how the transmission fluid can be changed. Better than stock radio. I take into consideration car stereo amplifier rating and do impedance matching of the speakers before recommending any head unit for customers. But if the customer cannot afford such head unit because of budget then I will work within the customer budget. Also remember not all customer are audiophiles some prefer video to audio.
I have a 2006 Yaris with the same gearbox, and I would like to know how I can shift gears manually. I often drive in the mountains, where I need to use the 1st and 2nd gears frequently, and I want to be able to shift them myself, not automatically. With automatic gear shifting, it climbs a ramp very slowly.
