Generally before they do that they must first strip down the interior if possible to remove any hazardous materials and anything of value like if there’s metal plumbing or more valuable personal possessions.
Not only excellent arrangements, but superb execution as well. You have an excellent musical sense and interpretation of Rudy's arrangements - One of the best I've encountered.
Thank you, I really appreciate that but I give God the glory of course. I'm now trying to diversify by studying arrangements by others such as Fred Bock and Kurt Kaiser.
@@lg8702 That is possible. Around 1850 some Irish immigrants built a small community about 20 miles from here. It was vacated around the turn of the century (after an infamous murder) so some of the people could well have come to this area. Some of the Goggin's descendants still live in this area so I will try and find out more someday.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. John 3:18 “He that believeth in Him is not condemned; but He that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Psalm 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Rudy Atwood was a personal friend of mine, and had I closed my eyes, I would have thought that it was indeed Rudy playing this arrangement!!!! Very wonderful interpretation of an old favorite of mine. Thanks for the blessing, and your ministry in music. A most pleasant joy. Arlington, VA
Hi, I have a grade 5 student who would like to use a couple of clips of the station from this recording to complete a video on the Mill Village Teleglobe station for his heritage fair project. I would make sure that he gives full credit to your uncle in his bibliography. Let me know if this would be okay. Thanks, Tony
This is so satisfying to watch. The one concern I have though is the mercury vapor in those CRTs. I didn't even think people were allowed to throw those things into the trash.
These knuckle heads load too much before they compact it so half the stuff falls back out lofl and they keep repeating the same mistake A quote from the late great Ted Knight , the world needs diggers too you know.
I found it in "Gospel Grandeur", published in 1972 by Singspiration. That book is basically a transcription of the album by the same name. There are at least two copies currently for sale on Amazon, they are expensive but well worth it.
This video brings back many fond memories from growing up in Elgin in the late 1940s & throughout the 1950s. It was a gift to have experienced all this little village had to offer. I shall never forget. Thank you so much for the video - a job well done!
Well if that isn't one of the most depressing videos I've seen lately. I love history and I love agriculture. I'm doing my best to hold on to a struggling dairy farm myself. Wow, the stories that'll ole barn holds. Video is 22 years old, by the looks of the roof I doubt it's still standing. Regardless, thanks for documenting it. Hay, do me a favor and find the music video, "this empty barn" on RU-vid. You'll maybe get a sense of what I'm feeling. Cheers mate. Thanks for posting.
