Good point. You need a network for when you want it to find your pick up location unless you are in a location with WIFI, so yes you will need a Thai network.
Those people on that crossing doing tik tok video’s are a nuisance as they stand in middle of the crossing posing.Causing the traffic to slow down or stop they will cause an accident or get run over.Nice video with the drone on the new condo being built and once it is finished we will have lost our sea view as we live behind it.
Sure looks better than the philippines. Guess ill start spending 1/2 the year here instead. Whats that beach like, is the sand good for sunbathing on or does everyone use those loungers?

All the economic activity is both good and bad. It's great for the local economy because of the jobs it brings. But I'm sure the some of the sleepy charm of Jomtien is being lost. I'm hoping that the locals are seeing some of the benefits in housing.

The new beach condo, price are extreme high, i have check the price 1 month ago. The price is not for every one. It very close to beach so you will have 24hour noise.
Seems that my walking paradise will still be amputated in 3 months.That's life! I've been living in walking paradise for more than 12 years, then it's OK, for a year. Again, even if it rains I always prefer live sound video. Even when it's windy, makes the feeling more live. Thanks for the video. Can't wait to be back...
Used to love Soi 5 Heath for Simple Simon. Great entertainment watching how the Thais drive, that drone footage above the crossing is classic. Although England is going downhill.at least they stop for pedestrians on zebra crossings.Your the coolest RU-vidr in Pattaya Heath. 2day heatwave just finished in UK!

Thank you boss for your videos. Do you know if there are condos in Jomtien (main or second rd) where you can rent directly from the building management? We are a family with a kid and it is so difficult to find a condo with a local agent. Thank you!
You can fly mostly anywhere in Thailand (for now) except the obvious central cities, hospitals, schools, within 6km of an airport, government buildings and military places.
