If you love Italy and are considering moving here, this is the perfect channel for you! Here, we'll cover topics ranging from finding your dream home, navigating bureaucracy, interesting facts and news happening in this country. #buyhouseinitaly #realestate #movetoitaly
Well, I'm a tesla owner, in tuscany vacation atm. Charging with ionity, Acea, enelx and be charge, Never had a problem so far. In my normal days in Bergamo I basically charge only with tesla' superchargers and enelx. Happy charge! 😊😊
How do Italians feel about foreigners buying up homes? That’s the one thing that concerns me about making the move. Of course I would do my best to assimilate to the culture, and would hope to feel welcome.
The problem isn't the 'low cost' house, it's the ridiculous fees and taxes. I wanted a 20k property, and the agent wanted an extra 7K. "For what?" I asked. They could not answer, just an advert. Crazy!
Italy and some other countries are only good to visit occasionally. I’m Italian American with dual citizenship and just the bureaucracy to renew my Italian passport is a painful experience, they claim that my records can’t be found! And yet I have three Italian passports issued and renewed several times in the past 60 years, go figure.
Bro don't exaggerated you are just telling the worst of the worst. In deed the public transport in Italy is one of the best: cheap, frequent and suitable for everyone. The only thing is that train might arrive late, but not 2 hours, max 20 Min.
I don't know how I stumbled across this short, but I've always wanted to learn more about the possibilities of moving to Italy so I'll definitely be subscribing. I'm luckily a construction architect, so condition of houses and fixing won't be a problem.
The Po River was critically low last year. How is the water level looking in June this year? Normal level or will it be seriously low again this year, again affecting agriculture in the Po Valley?
This sounds like the US but with much less debt. And, at least Italy has a literate population not dying of mental illness and obesity from a WallStreet sponsored diet supported by a regulatory captured FDA promoting toxic waste under the guise of "nutrition standards."
Hoping to move there in October. I wrote to you previously , and thank you for your kind words in reply ( this is Sonia ) . Yes I saw the difference between the North and the South and it was a balance as you say . Personally , I found them both wonderful in different ways !
I am watching on the pulse with silki and she made a well couple videos about Campi Flegrei, and it's very, very concerning. I would love to move to Italy, but, with recent activity from Campi Flegrei and Vesuvius, i'll change my mind. Thank you and have a nice day.
Wow this was unexpected! Thank you for that response. The UK should be making moves to improve the conditions of farming within the country, however, after leaving the EU, we kept a lot of EU regulations to maintain trade as Europe were threatening us with trade blocks etc
Figures. Might want to take this perspective from someone that was always rushing around to do others bidding. After 10 years in the U.S. military, I woke up one morning to realize too much of my life was gone for generations that would take it for granted; I then instead decided to live for myself. Even though I cannot get those lost 10 years back, I CAN at least offer advice to those with an open eye and an open mind: don't live to work as they do in America. Work to live, and after the day of work is done, ENJOY life as it was meant to be enjoyed. The corporations of America only exist to make money for the shareholders; you are an exploitable resource to be used until you are no longer usable, and then you will be replaced or just discarded. THAT is the reality of the American "dream" now. It is only after those of us have woken up and realized the nightmare we live in, only then do we decide to leave America to go someplace (like Italy) where we can actually LIVE life.
So nothing much has changed when it comes to the incompetency of the Italian government since I lived in Italy in the 70s and 80s. The bureaucracy was not such a big problem back then as it appears it is today. However, the same Big Government incompetence is happening in every country around the world in lock step with a One World System, including Australia where I now live. But as American futurist Buckminster Fuller once said: "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete."
This picture is quite far-fetched. You are depicting Italy as a basket case, which is unfair. Honestly I don’t know where you come from but quote a place where things are perfect as you wish, with no bureaucracy and where the plumbers come to say hi as soon as you arrive at the airport and houses are self-built. On the other concerns about safety, like self-combusting buses or widespread crime, I do not even bother to answer. That’s a lie. You are describing Italy as a demilitarised zone. Good luck with the selling of the book. It is about that, isn’t it?
Thank you Alfredo for the good wishes of the book, I really appreciate it. I also recommend the culinary books of the regions, they can be very interesting. The book of Sicily is in high demand at the moment. Since you were very interested in this video, I suggest you go and see the other videos on the channel, so you will understand what I am talking about and you can judge the book not only by the cover 😃❤ P.s. Thank you for making everyone understand that I sell books, maybe on the information of the channel and in the cover photo it is not well understood, if you are interested I also do advice
There are RU-vidrs who only highlight the positive aspects or only the negative aspects. Few are those who are good at telling you the truth. You are among those who only show the negative sides.
Better a conscious transfer than a transfer with eyes closed and finding yourself disappointed, I recommend watching the other videos on the channel, you may be surprised😃❤
You can say this to the policeman stabbed 2 days ago and another one in the hospital. Every person who lives there knows that Milan (all cities now) has become dangerous, certainly not London but from week to week it gets worse. Funny to say that the subway is not dangerous.
@@youritaliandream i live in Milan and I've never been stabbed, mugged or attacked and I use the underground everyday. Nobody I know who lives here has ever experienced this. 1.500.000 people live In Milan and of course there are criminals like in ANY big city around the world but to portray Milan as a sort of Caracas is beyond ridiculous .
