12-15 thousand euros annually from 3 houses seems a low income for renting holiday homes in Italy. It doesn't seem worth the hype. Or I guess Airbnb must be taking a significant share for all the management and maintenance. I'm not familiar with their prices. Why don't you share your story? That would be interesting. Are the people from the story even real? :) You could invite them and conduct an interview. Tell us more about yourself and your life story, what do you do for a living, etc. I can tell from your accent that you must be of Slavic descent (Polish? Russian??). Not only do you live in Italy, but you also speak English fluently. There must be an interesting story behind it. :-)

12-15k euros a year is little for 3 normal houses, considering that the houses in question cost less than 15k euros each, then they restored them and the cost increased, but many jobs they did them. On average, a house in these areas earns 6/7 thousand euros a year, you have to invest between 25k and 50k euros in total, the ROI is very good. It is a great idea to invite them, I was already thinking of a format that I will do this summer where I will interview the foreigners who have bought a house. Yes, I'm of Russian origin, I didn't think you could hear the pronunciation😃

@@youritaliandream I think speaking English with a foreign accent (Italian, Spanish or Russian etc) f.e is sexy ;-). That's something that makes You unique. I used to love 'Type o Negative' band ;), Peter Steele made a brand from his accent. The question about the income is it the net amount (after taxes and costs of maintenance, which are apparently high for a Second House) or not. :-) Yes! Interviews with expats sharing their stories ( especially on how they earn in Italy given the high unemployment :)) would be very interesting.
