I’m so upset that there was such limited coverage of this series in the states! Fox & ESPN did games 1 & 2 but there wasn’t any pregame or postgame shows, no footage of obnoxious Americans asking Brits how much they know baseball or even something as simple as a quick history tour of London Stadium! Absolutely nothing! I hope MLB was opened to hearing British baseball fans ideas for improving their outreach. Either way, I hope you had fun & Go Phils ❤️⚾️
It feels nice being excited for phillies baseball, especially since I grew up and started being able to actually cheer for the team right at the moment they missed the playoffs for 10 years consecutively. I'm savoring this run for as long as we have it, because this time, I finally have the chance to. Go phillies, this division is ours! #Ringthebell

Out of curiosity, does MLB advertise in London or throughout the country or is it more geared towards the US? I ask because most Brits seem to laugh at baseball & think of it as rounders or say it’s more boring than Cricket, which is understandable because they don’t have the sport there. MLB should just air highlights of crowds & big moments & stop comparing it to other sports?
I'm going to the Sunday game with a friend who is a HUGE Phillies fan, and I've adopted them as my team too. I'm super new to the world of baseball, but am enjoying watching and listening to the games and learning all about the sport. As an aside, I'm a West Ham fan, but I've not been to the London Stadium yet for a football game. It'll be fun to see how it looks in baseball mode....
Being English so like to think I know sport, Baseball is probably my favourite American based sport. Followed closely very CLOSELY. Football (American)
