Chef zee thank you for your recipe. I tried it yesterday and I got perfect flans. Mine baked 2.30 hours. I've tried many before, but they didn't came out good. Can I use the steaming method for your recipe?
I really like do this arroz con fideos. I called locrio de fideos., because I put some dice carrots 🥕 any kind of ham can be., salami, ham, chuleta de cerdo ahumada. And is so delicious. 🤤👍
Iranian and Middle eastern call the burn part Tahdig, South East Asian like Indonesian and Malaysian call it Kerak Nasi. YES IT IS VERY DELICIOS AND EVEN SORT AFTER BY PREGGY WOMEN WHERE IM FROM. USUALLY WHEN THERE IS A FEAST THE COOK WILL GET THE FIRST TO EAT THE BURNT RICE AND PEOPLE ARE FIGHTING FOR IT xD.
Chef Zee! I made this and the first time I made it, it was absolutely delicious and it came out perfect! I’ve had numerous people try it and say it was the best flan they’ve ever had! I’m currently making another one for a friend and did everything to the T and even chilled looks super jiggly and although I caramelized the sides of my pan it’s not dancing in the pan either. I’m scared to flip it. Help 😩
Im going to try it that way...for me i fry the curry a little and to add creaminess, i add crema de coco which adds the sweet hint, garbanco beans and potato.Water and beer to deglaze vs water only. Try it and see what you think. Ill be watching more of your videos....as always!
When using the zest, make sure it’s organic. Thanks for sharing 😊 I love the last salad the Persian. I make something similar to that but now will be adding some better in mine as well.
Has someone tried doing this entirely in an airfryer? I did the shrimp for 375 4/4 minutes and that came out very nicely but I put the veggies on the grill
